I had a very quiet room at the back of the property (406), which was great. I had a small problem with the chair provided, but they changed it for me as soon as I asked. Very clean, and rooms were cleaned on request. Close to Little India, and a great street food court just up the road which I used for breakfast...delicious, cheap and tasty. Nothing to add here.

Clean and all complete toiletteries Need to fix some stuff the guests arrive please. The power socket isn’t working, the sink in the toilet clogged, water flooded when taking shower.

Great location. Good enough if you are looking for a place to stay while in Penang. This is not a high-end hotel so do not expect much. It's good enough for all our needs. The only thing that I wished they had was a fridge.

Good hotel, location good , room is same like in photo, worst for price, everything near, suggesting! I didn’t see negative points.

The lady at reception was really kind and attentive too. Big bed. Extremely noisy. You can hear everything in the hallways and rooms next to you, even snoring. The first night at around 2am for like 2 hours there was so much noise, as if they were fixing something, so it was impossible to sleep. The AC made a constant noise too, but since there's no windows, you either deal with the noise, or deal with the heat. If you're looking for a quiet place, this is not it. The bed was big but you could feel the springs from the mattress.

I have always mixed feelings about this kind of places. At the time I booked it was probably the best option I could find. George Town it is a tricky place for accommodations, since it is easy to end up in kind of dirty hotels. So dunno, if you cannot find a better choice, like bigger room with window for the same price then this place can be ok. A room with no window it is really unpleasant, so take into account this aspect.

Location Bathroom requires lots of attention. It is moldy and some things are just plain broken. The room has absolutely no noise insulation from the next room-I can literally hear all the conversation. I am definitely NOT coming back.

Great location, near the shore and in the old quarter Off and on there was a disturbing hum in the room (308) . I couldn’t determine what it was from , but it was annoying.

Everything's great, the location is amazing, the facilities were also amazing. The lift was such a good thing to have because i was travelling with an elderly person who has trouble going up stairs and we had pretty big and heavy luggage as well Might be nice to have a water cooler on the floor itself instead of going all the way down to the reception to fill up the bottle. But otherwise all good, good stay

Close to the shore and restaurants. Has elevators! Our room had a little hum sound, maybe the AC?

All I don like except for water pressure ok This review for non window queen bed RM120 - noisy can hear inside the room - super small room, very small - electric plug only 1 - The room wall is dirty with sperm squid - No shampoo or tooth brush - No fridge Like this room worth RM60

Just now I want to check out the staff is not there just for a while only. But actually we are in a bit of a rush so need to check out early.

No value for money. Over priced, not many facilities. No bathroom slippers.

Everything was good . All places for tourist are near by means walking distance . Indian food is available within 1 km . Helpful staff . Value for traveller . Thanks Bishop hotel and staff. Nothing was unlike.
