The Airco remote didn't work well, unable to turn off or on, neither adjust temperature and fan functions. Th e jacuzzi is not needed, better to have a chilling rooftop place.

- The staff was very friendly and helpful. - The breakfast was really delicious. They even packed it for us when we had an early flight. - Location was great; could easily access most places in the city. - The main lobby, hallway, and elevator had a strange smell. - Did not like the interior, it didn't seem very luxurious or four-star. Hallway didn't look very nice. Room was pleasant. - Cleaning staff opened the door while we were inside napping after ringing the bell barely twice. Felt invasive and uncomfortable. - Breakfast options were very limited, no buffet and could only choose one dish per person from a limited menu.

Attention to detail, the room definitely needs some deep cleaning. This is definitely not a 4-star boutique hotel; however is good for the price. The wifi is bad!

Where do I start! The staff were exceptional; they were really friendly and when our room's air-con started leaking, they promptly came in and fixed it and gave us new sheets as they were wet from the leak. Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The area around the hotel is very walk-able and so many things were within walking distance. Kimberly Street Food Night Market was just around the corner (very good food indeed), The Top @ Komtar was very close-by so it's good for families, and popular streets like Armenian St. and Mural Art Lane are only roughly 15 minute walks from the hotel. Our favourite Penang breakfast spots were also very close-by, with Toh Soon Cafe and Hutton Lane Roti Bakar being nearby so you don't have to stay hungry for too long in the mornings! Also plenty of convenience stores around for your daily needs and so many good restaurants to choose from in the area. Can't recommend this hotel enough! Will definitely be coming back to this place if we decide to return to Penang for a holiday! N/A ?

We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation was incredibly comfortable, clean, and located in a very strategic spot. The receptionist was also super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended! none

Location was fantastic, they had this juice available for free every day that was so good, they brought a cake for my friends birthday at midnight, and overall, great space. Nothing.

For the breakfast you had to select every day before one of 8 a la cart options. The breakfast was served on the rooftop which was literally abandoned. The tables and everything were not cleaned all. When you look at the rooftop it is for a laughter that on the ground floor they had a michelin listed restaraunt. The A/C is blowing on one side of the bed. We ended up not turning on the A/C at all. Instead we opened the window at night. We stayed in the same hotel circa 6 years ago and the experience was severely downgraded.

Some staff were friendly and helpful ( Tamil lady & gentleman when we check in 19/11 3pm ) , the guy who was there while we check out 22/11 6am was one kind no smile at all . He need to be educated which field he is in. When we check in lift was under repair and we waited 1.5 hours to go upto rooms. There was water cut /no water for about one hour during which one of us having showers. No porter to carry luggage up . Lift need to upgrade and Reception counter area/Ground floor definitely need upgrade .

Nothing. The hotel is clearly run on a minimal budget and it shows. Simply a place to sleep with no real amenities in the room. Good for back packers who are staying on the cheap but not a good hotel for people looking for a comfortable place to stay. The hotel felt outdated and eerie. There were loud humming and creaking noises throughout the night. The hotel was very creepy and the energy was off. We checked out after only 1 night (we originally booked 4 nights) and stayed at a much nicer hotel near Gurney. You're better off staying in a real hotel outside of George Town and taking a 15 minute Grab ride to see the attractions.
