The hotel room is very small, not able to walk after opening a small hand carry luggage. The bathroom is small, with a standing shower and wet the toilet paper roll. Have never imagined such a small room in Malaysia. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room is not cold at all and didn't sleep well. My room was the second from the staircase, every morning around 7am, there was loud noise when the staff moving around kicking off the cleaning work.

The location and cleanliness. Our room #216 is too close to the trash / rubbish bins location, the collection truck came about midnight (check in date: 22/12/2025 - check out 24/12/2025), too disturbing during our rest hours, the noise from the water tap next room(#215) was too loud when the guest turned on the water tap.

since the hotel is near-by residential area, there some night i heard dog-barking quite loud, but not on every night.

Nice clean rooms. Good to see amenities are provided - toothbrush etc. Dyson hairdryer a plus! Honestly everyone has the same complaints- the noise from Jalan Macalister and the lift. The lift easy one as the building only has 3 floors! You only need lift for suitcases. It’s a great lift - only it’s very very slow. The noise from Jalan macalister can be fixed with replacing the balcony doors I think

The place is nice. However the sound proof is poor I can listen sound from outside. The staff is terrible worst even rectify invoice also need to do more than 5 times. Lastly I ask her manager come over only she can amend correctly.

the room was ok , they located in the middle of georgetown, friendly staff, clean environment the hotel is located beside the main road, everyone at the back honk when we was trying to turn into this hotel, and specially the pagar is just right infront their main door, so we can't really speed up when turning into the entrance. the stairs that can access to the hotel is open to public on the day time. so imagine if anyone could access to your floor, or maybe to your room. think twice if you drive your own

Location . Got insect flying in the bed . Not one . In a group . Complaint to the front desk . No solution . No room to change . Keep calling booking .com . No one answer the call for 30min .

It was great.. The staff are so friendly.. I like the vibe.. And i can sleep comfortably there . The lift are super slow..? But everything are super fine..
