Spacious, clean and quiet. Great room. The location is also excellent to get around. Highly recommended. I'm 6.4ft and the bed was a little short.

Such an oasis! I mean sometimes you feel lost in those street markets and not very clean sidewalks but when you approach the hotel it’s well maintained and calm and cozy! Watson’s is downstairs so I could buy a hair conditioner at 21:45. The room itself is very well organized with all necessary. I especially loved the hot waterfall in the bathroom, strong as pouring rain. The bed was also comfy and there are different kind of lights you can use. Windows aren’t opening so first night I was thinking I had no enough air. TV is changing colors of your movies so better use laptop screen. Location turned out to be not in the very center as I thought for some reason, but that was responsibility (and the taxi is cheap).

Is interesting building but lack of maintenance of the building we have leaking in our room and we see the exterior is not maintain very well and we see most of the facade is sadly on the nice building. And we see the bucket inside the corridor of my floor to hold the water from the ceiling. There is no cafe or restaurant so we have difficulty having a snack when we arrive or when the rainy come

We love staying here because it’s super convenient, so central. Perhaps the management will think about putting in a gym in the hotel.

The hotel location near by street food, easy to travel. The room and hall way are clean and smell good, nice decorated. The staff at front and door was so kind and have service mind. Happy to rest here for 3 days 2 nights The blanket a bit tiny for me and no ironing service in the room

Some areas need a bit of maintenance, eg. the leak in the shower door (room 204). Bed is a bit too soft for me - it made my back ache

The room is very spacious worth for money to bring family along stayed there. The room is clean n tidy but the shower gel too little almost finish in the bottle so housekeeping must check all things regularly. I don’t satisfy about the parking. I have parked my car and need to walked far upon check in n put on own risk.

Location is fantastic if you're a foodie, especially if you want Penang fare - you'll be spoilt for choice as it's literally everywhere near the hotel. Room was very spacious, comfortable and kept clean by housekeeping! Staff were warm and friendly. My room had only one window that opened into an air well or shaft of some sort. An actual street view would've been nice. Then again, the building was a former shophouse, so the limitations are understandable. Mini fridge wasn't functioning, and it took staff a day to rectify it by switching out the faulty one.

Got an upgrade offer so the room is spacious and has good value for money. Friendly staff, the hotel is compact and good location. I would suggest a few areas for improvement, such as the window should keep up a good maintenance rather than leave it broken and difficult to open and dirty. Bathroom towels look aged and torn. Limited TV channels.

Very comfortable stay. Bed is perfect for me. Room are spacious with a couch and small coffee table. Public parking could be a problem in the day time but if coming back to the hotel after 9pm then it shouldn't be a problem.
