The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. It was nice to be able to wash clothes. The beds were comfortable, wi-fi very good, everything we needed. We could walk to a nearby mall, 7-11, lots of restaurants & shops. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive.

We had a lot of space for 3 persons. Living area was great for a week’s stay. Location was near the restos and bars Property was a bit dusty. Cleanliness and small details can be improved

disadvantages -. Being located along the busy main road, rooms are not soundproof. No driveway for alighting or getting on cabs/grab.

The spaciousness n having a washer cum dryer Crossing the busy road in front is a challenge

You will got all you wish from an apartment ; living room, kitchen and bathroom amenities, clothing storage, extra pillow, and even washing machine with dryer, with complimentary house keeping. The quality of the building itself.

Location a bit out of the old town tourist centre but close to a large shopping mall. Very noisy location right next to a busy road. Neighbourhood is rather run down. Pleasant vintage look on the outside, but very basic fitting-out with same laminate board cabinets and wall panels inside. Reception desk communicated as little as possible.

Great location. A lot of famous eateries, a shopping mall, and a convenience store nearby. Large room and good privacy. Each hotel room has a completely separated unit. Comfortable and quiet. The bed is very comfortable, not too soft and not too hard. Soundproofing is very good, so although one of the rooms is facing main road, I could sleep very soundly throughout the night. Attentive staff. Although the reception is empty most of the time, the hotel staff is contactable through WhatsApp or phone call. Very clean. The living room, bedroom and bathroom all are super clean! The room smells bad but this is not their fault. The outside of the room have the exact same smell as the room. We used a room air freshener (gotten from the nearby shopping mall) and the bad smell went away.

Location was ok The entire apartment had a strange smell…. like mould. Even the lobby had the same smell , so had to complain and they sprayed some air freshener which helped a bit . Also, all apartments face a busy street so it’s very noisy, luckily I had a second bedroom that was in the back which was quiet . Will not recommend this place if they don’t resolve these two issues

We arrived past midnight; there was no one at reception, but a staff member arrived within minutes of us calling them to tell them that we had arrived. The location is central to where we want to go. It is a known address for Grab food delivery. making it easy for us to order our food on days that we decided not to go out. A little bit noisy because it is on one of the main roads. Also, as there is no curb, it is a bit difficult to get in and out of the Grab car unless we wait as the end of the lot where there is a side curb for cars to park

Big space, location was very central! Right next door to a mall and the Hin Bus Depot. 15 mins walk to the heart of George Town. The rooms were clean and the AC was effective. Clean bathroom! My biggest issue was that the internet did not work the whole time despite mentioning it to the staff for all 10 days of my stay. I had used up all my internet data while I was there. This was extremely annoying and a big pain since I work remotely.

Lovely apartment. Loads of space. Washing machine! Balcony useful for drying clothes but a little too smelly to sit out on. Easy check in by very helpful gentleman. A great comfortable space. Very close to local Food Market & restaurants. Serviced daily. 15 minute walk to free local bus stop. The CAT. Be aware that the apartment is noisy. Its located on a busy road & we used ear plugs for a good nights sleep.

Looked nice and the rooms were spacious. Cleaners were efficient. Staff were not there upon arrival, I had to phone twice before I got a response and a further 10 minute wait before I could check in. There was no mention of stairs. AC was broken in 1 bedroom so had to use the living room fir sleeping and it took several attempts to repair the unit. The road outside is very busy and noisey.
