I think the management should consider upgrading and maintaining the hotel's facilities, especially since many guests stay here. With these improvements, the overall guest experience would be much better.

The lift! As I have a mobility issue (I use a stick/cane), I always appreciate a lift so I don’t spend all my valuable time negotiating with steps. Personnel: they were most accommodating, helping by taking my backpack to my room/calling a taxi When I needed it. Good/quick hot water for shower. Excellent rear door entrance. ROOM 208 has significant WC issues: The sink faucet is broken/inoperable, there is a continuous film of water on the deck. The door is not fitted, there is light leakage around the frame.

This place is literally stands for its name...everything is pink???so cool to stay...they have pool but never get the chance to dive in it since i arrive late and i check out early coz i headed to kl the next day.but its nice to stay...the place is surrounded with restaurants so you will not be hungry???

The room very big and cute design. I got the room with aircon problem. And we ask them to move to other room, but it take like 5-6 hours, and we must go often to the receptionist so many times. And the 2nd room had the same problem with the aircon. I think they need to service the aircon. Because Penang weather is hot, and a good aircon is a must in every hotel. Thank you

It's clean that shoulbe more important and the location yes it's in the heart of George Town where I can walk and explore the heritage street. The other staff are not super friendly or do not smile, which makes you feel unwelcome. She should be more friendly in welcoming the guests. But, overall, I enjoy my overnight stay in this hotel.

None we booked it because it looked attractive. However by the time we reach the Bangladeshi guy at the reception informed the room we have booked is not suitable for two people. And then to upgrade to another one. Beds looked good but the bathroom was not cleaned. The minute we requested them to clean the room, they asked us to wait till the next day as their room service people will be there in the next day.

The staff was friendly, we could check-out an hour later which really helped. The pool is fine for children. The bathtub which was a bit slippery.

The rooms were a good size, the location was good and staff were friendly. Our rooms were facing the road and it was super noisy. We had to ask staff to clean room and give us toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel, and coffee and tea, as we stayed for 3 nights and they didn’t replace it, unless we asked.
