The hotel location is in the middle and easy to going anywhere. This is my many times to stay here everytime i went to Penang. I won't stay anywhere else except this hotel. The staffs also really friendly, parking is provided. Me and my family really love this hotel!

Good location Many bugs flying in the room due the balcony door are not close properly b4 we check in. Next day, tell the boss but just ignoring us n blaming us nvr closing the balcony door properly. If we are the 1 open the door, why are the bugs was in the room, once we enter the room? No lift, need climb to 2nd floor with our luggage. Some staircase are without handle. The toilet bidet size are not fit to the toilet bowl. It slippery, loose while using! Air cond not cold.

The staff was very attentive, and the location of the hotel was walking distance to most attractions (between 7 to 15 mins). Also near to the small hawker shops and the jetty foodcourt. Loved the showers, the strong blast were a great relief to tired muscles after a full day out. The reception lobby was just opposite the main hotel beside the bar, a different building. Instructions for checkin properly provided via whatsapp and booking messages. The lodging is nicely decorated and cozy. Room is very clean and beds super comfortable. Sufficient for a small family of four like mine. Do be careful if you are bringing food into the room, there were small ants around. Plus the door needs abit of manouvering before it can be properly locked. Parking is along the road, and not designated, so you may have to look around the area if its fully occupied. Not suitable for the elderly or those finding it difficult to walk since there are only stairs to climb up to the rooms. Some people might find the room abit small but we were fine with the size. The comfortable beds and showers plus the location helped chalked up the points :)
