Nothing Awful experience from start to finish One of the rooms (Room 102) is located directly above the kitchen. Not only does the strong smell from the kitchen extraction fan (pictured) drift into the room through the wooden slatted windows, but the noise is unbearable too. The fan is insanely loud and positioned right next to the bathtub. I specifically booked this hotel for a peaceful and relaxing bath, but that was impossible. You can even hear the fan clearly from the bedroom, making sleep very difficult while the kitchen is operating. When I went downstairs to complain, the man who checked me in had already left. Only kitchen staff were present. One of them kindly called the number listed outside the building, but after waiting 30 minutes with no one showing up, I left. I also received no response to my messages on Booking.com (now over an hour later). Two other notable issues: The room itself is huge and has the potential to feel luxurious, but it is badly worn. The bathrobes are frayed, and the furniture has numerous stains. For the price, the condition is quite poor. The check-in staff tried to charge me the tourism tax again, even though it had already been paid. This seems to be a common occurrence here. If you really want to stay here, I strongly suggest viewing the room in person before paying. Also, don’t expect any meaningful help if something goes wrong.

The facilities like iron and the water heater is not in the room. I think you should provide it in the room.

Very comfortable bed and big TV. Huge bathroom.
-
Comfortable, quiet and plush
-
No refrigerator every room or even just on common area, no table outside near the pool to have coffee and breakfast or even in common area.

Very satisfied with the beautiful building in which the apartments are situated. Very luxurious feel! The bed was sooo comfy and the shower was amazing with lovely toiletries too! Really loved staying here, we were sad to leave! The only downside (if you’d call it that!) was being slightly further out of the historical centre of Georgetown than we realised - just factor in a 25 minute walk; although it’s a great city to walk around!

Big bathroom, Has Bath tub and free bath salt and bath bomb. and location is good .Design is good vibe Cement falling from the brick wall, make the bed very dusty and have cement smell. There’s a loose brick and a hole on the brick wall on top of the bed frame, but they didn’t fix it. So you can see some loose sand. Bath tub was dirty, i need to flush couple of times to get rid of tiny dirt. Room is not sound proof, can hear everything inside out.

Such comfort and the staff were so lovely. Location is great aswell, not that long of a walk to places. The “pool” isn’t a pool, it’s a pond for the restaurant. I didn’t understand that when I read other reviews before coming here but it’s literally just a pond for the restaurant to look out on. Didn’t bother us though. Such comfy beds and sheets buttery soft
