The hotel staff was nice and the hotel room was clean and everything worked just fine. Two negative points: a. The TV had no cable channels and one could only watch local programmes if you understand Bahasa b. There is no bar fridge in the room but a common shared refrigerator.

This hotel offers exceptional convenience with a universal plug outlet by every comfortable bed, clean toilets stocked generously with shampoo and soap, and plenty of useful amenities like ironing facilities and a Coway water dispenser. Near the mall, and tourist sites. It haa parking site available the thin walls allow noise from neighboring rooms, and housekeeping missed cleaning our room during the stay

It is convenient to find variety of restaurant nearby. The surrounding of room isn't noisy, making us sleep better in the night. Shower gel and shampoo is empty. The sink wasn't functioning. The shower pipe always dripping water although I've tighten the water tap. I was expecting for disposable slippers but it ended up with slippers that looks dusty.

The location, near the gurney drive and shopping mall. Even located on the busiest road , the hotel is near to halal eateries. The hotel lobby got a Turkish restaurant. Helpful staff. The safety door is great, water pressures are good , air-conditioning works well. Once I checked in, I got an L Shape room layout which was not the same as in advertising. The receptionist told me they have 2 family room interior layouts. L shaped for the family room . So, unacceptable. They entertained my request to change to another room which is the same as photo , but a new room was located behind the restaurants. A bit noisy , and limited space of privacy . It's narrow to perform a prayer in the room & rearrange the luggage.

Walking distance to nearby restaurants. Easy access to my room as it was located on the ground floor. The water dispenser was also located just outside my room. The door is not soundproofed. I could hear people chitchatting outside. I could also hear cars zooming pass the hotel. The wallpaper inside the room was also slightly peeled off.

Bed was comfy. Front Desk RAFIQ was very pleasant and courteous. We spent 4 nights on the first floor and the last 2 on second floor, both were small but clean. One on the first floor was very noisy, one on the second floor was much quieter We couldn't sleep as the housekeeping maid kept talking and laughing very loudly outside the room (she always seemed grumpy for some reason). Thin walls, you can hear your neighbours coughing and flushing toilet :)
