Everhome Suites Georgetown - Austin

The room was extraordinarily clean and it had all the basic cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc. Plus the bathroom had extra towels, toilet paper, etc. the only thing I found difficult to use was the microwave oven because some of the buttons would not work. But I was able to reheat food in it just fine. The sunlight was blocked by a good sunscreen for which I was grateful and the noise level from I-35 was minimal. The staff was very helpful on a number of fronts especially when I couldn't figure out the thermostat and they came up to the room and showed me how to use it. Overall I was extremely pleased.

Note: Hotels.com said ‘all pets stay free’ on their listing (false advertising), found out upon checking there IS a per pet fee.

This place is Awesome... I got my sleep and peace and quiet. Staff was very helpful and cleanliness was at it's most high.

Wonderful stay in Georgetown! Staff was polite and accommodating. Hotel was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Quiet hotel and surroundings. Will definitely book again if there is ever a need! Thank you for the great stay!

Clean, large rooms, close to the highway, made it easily accessible to get around

Our entire stay was amazing. Everything was super clean, nice, and quiet. The kitchen was great, and anytime we needed fresh bedding or towels, we were able to get them without any issues. The service was excellent from beginning to end. But once again, a very special thank you to Jessica! She truly went above and beyond and definitely deserves a raise and recognition for her integrity and outstanding customer service. People like her are hard to come by, and she made our experience that much better. Thank you, Jessica! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a new hotel, so it is fresh and clean. The room I was given was quite large with a good size kitchen and plenty of room. The bed was soft and the pillows were awesome with two soft and two firm pillows provided. The location was good with easy on and easy off of IH-35 just outside of Austin. I was there less than 24 hrs and for a good night's sleep, it was very good for that. The space is large enough for a family or for a longer stay, but you definitely have to bring in some items to be comfortable. The lights were difficult to figure out which switch went to each light and I never did figure out how to turn the end table lights on. I walked into a dark room with the remote shade completely down and it was a little difficult at first. The light in the bathroom had a mind of its own and would go off and then come back on. A nightlight would have been helpful. There were no kleenex tissues in the room which I found odd. One decaf and one regular coffee pods, along with two tea pods and two sugar/creamer packets were provided. I sure needed another one and if I had been traveling with my husband, there would not have been enough. No bottled water was provided which is common for most hotels I stay at. This is an inexpensive way for a hotel to add real value for a traveling guest, even if only on arrival.

The automatic lights in the bathroom that woke me up several times per night, otherwise I would make it a point to stay at this concept.

We did not eat breakfast The pillows on the beds were not functional. Although there were 3 pillows per bed, they had no support. Other than that, everything was great.

New hotel was what you would expect. Great service, great room, Great value! Definitely recommend this property.
