The hotel and the staff are amazing. We forgot my husbands gold necklace and some other items and they kept them until we could make it back to get them. 10 out of 10

The air-conditioning in my room didn’t seem to work well and the room smelled like it had been previously smoked in.

Great stay with only one exception. Had to get my room key redone every evening after it worked in the morning. I was on a 4 day stay so this was a bothersome task.
