Great, quiet and peaceful location right on the beach. A home feeling with lovely hosts and a beautiful yard. We were there with a baby, and the upstairs apartments have a stair in the middle, as they're in two levels.

Even if the expectations were a bit high after reading the reviews and viewing the pictures, I cannot forget how I felt when I actually got there. I was overwhelmed by the natural beauty of the place and I felt very lucky to have discovered this gem. I don't know if any review or picture could actually describe how you feel there. And then it got better, every day. Everything was perfect: the beach, the bar, the food, and especially the people there. And the slow blues, of course ?. I cannot imagine I would stay anywhere else if I come back to Crete.

Location on the beach, very friendly hosts and atmosphere, nice restarurant and food. The whole family enjoyed our staying at Baladinos'. Kostas and his wife are very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back next time that we go to Crete. the blackout curtain doesn't stop sunshine coming through in the morning.

Location is next to the sea (and easy to find)! Hygiene was 5+ and beds were comfortable. Kostas was very helpful with his advices. We will come back here, for sure!

Thank you so much Maria, Kostas, Julien, Othello, Maria’s mum and dad, ladies who helped with cleaning and cooking for making our stay great and welcoming. We stayed 40 days in Baladinos and we will definitely come back. Excellent apartments on the beach. I enjoyed sounds of sea waves all day long including night as apartments have nice balconies with a stunning view. You have to try their dishes as well, I have never ate such delicious Greek salad in my life as Baladinos restaurant has. Othello, the dog, I will miss him so much. He was always so kind with kids playing around. We felt like we stayed at friends house. I wish all the best to Baladinos team and thousands of kisses to Othello❤️ beds were very comfortable, cleaning was also great, the view, small kitchen — everything was on top. thank you once again -

We’ve had a great stay at this place, in front of the beach. Maria and Kostas, amazing hosts, made us feel wonderful. There was no problem with late check in and when we arrived we really appreciated the welcome drink. Good Wi-Fi as well! Amazing food made for their family. Really recommended!

Baladinos Apartments is a magic place where you can relax, eating very good food, enjoying the company of the other guests and at the same time have the privilege to be very close to a beautiful beach. Maria & Costas are very friendly as well as all the family. They don’t treat you just as a customer but as a member of their family. They do all their best to meet all the requests and needs you can have because they really care to make you feel happy and most importantly to enjoy your holiday. Every evening before dinner you can admire the sunset and in the morning, if you wake up early, the sunrise. Besides, it is a peaceful place, the apartment are equipped and clean. Beds are comfortable. Really recommended!

I can sincerely recommend Baladinos apartments. Great location both for staying there right on stretch of beach with lot of natural shade. Apartment provides sunbeds and umberellas, and for exploring north/west Crete and Chania. Main road is 2min drive from apartment, and from there it is not long drive for some of best beaches. Hosts were very pleasant, with very good advices which hidden gems of this area to visit. Be sure to ask them for this! Rooms were cleaned daily! Big garden space, all in all very relaxing and pleasant place. Breakfast is really too repetitive. Practically no choice except eggs in various ways. Next time I would book only room, wouldn`t take breakfast option.
