Alpenland Gerlos - Hotel & Breakfast

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—better than expected! The room was exceptionally comfortable and spotless, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. The spa area was a fantastic bonus, offering a truly relaxing experience after skiing. The location couldn't be more convenient, situated directly across from the gondola, making access to the mountain effortless. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and for dinner, the hotel’s own restaurant across the road was a great choice. Another added convenience was the Spar supermarket located directly under the hotel—perfect for any last-minute needs. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again! Friendly staff; spacious, clean room with a lot of storage space. Tasty breakfast. Free parking, free tickets for the lifts in Zillertal arena. Great location for skiing and hiking.

good breakfast, clean and big room no view, parking is not on the hotel (from municipality in front of the hotel) and a lot of noise from the street

Everything looked brand new and was made to high quality. Everyone was really nice and the breakfast was awesome!

The location to skiing and walking path, staff very & genuinely friendly and great selection for breakfast. Our room was spacious and overlooked the river, loved this. You can hear the hallway noise and people above us walking around more than we can usually can in a hotel. The spa area and ski room are a little small for the numbers of guests.

Everything. The hotel is extremely well located - just two min by walk to the ski lift, very central from all bars and restaurants, there is food shop also in the same building. I liked also the room - spacious and clean. Facilities (swimming pool , sauna) were perfect. I liked the opening time for swimming pool from 7 am to 8 pm. Breakfast was one of the best that I could experience in ski resorts’ hotels in Austria- lots of variety, fresh and tasty. And the most importantly of all - staff of this hotel. Very kind, helpful and professional. No negative issues

Exceptional

After the first night I complaint about the size of the bedsheets (about 160cm in length). The staf didn’t solve this matter at all, resulting in 3 days of terrible sleep. Only then somebody was willing to take a look at the bedsheets and changed them for the normal sizes. Never heard any apologies.

Got a room upgrade when we checked-in, amazing big appartement room (6 rooms: bedroom, bathroom, toilet, kids sleeping room, kitchen & living) with a very modern and big bathroom. Loved the friendly staff and the wellness facilities (swimming pool, lounge area, steam bath & sauna). Nice breakfast The location personally for us, one big street with traffic - but the hotel itself is 10/10

We arrived 30 minutes early and were greeted by very friendly staff with an upgrade to our room! Loved the interior of the superior double room, the spa/wellness area and the breakfast outside. Additional information about Gerlos and surroundings was provided. Can absolutely recommend this place :)

Superb

The staff was incredibly friendly, polite and competent. They provided us with extra help and very nice gesture. The pool area is very nice clean and enjoyable. the balcony with the river view is really great. The hotel is very well located. The rooms could use some refurbishment as the style is pretty old and not very nice looking for a 4 star hotel.

Friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Great location (100 m from ski-lift) and facilities. Nice rooms. Very good breakfast. Due to Covid restrictions no dinner could be served in the hotel .
