The Inn-Keeper team was wonderful: friendly, helpful, and kind.

Their are some addresses you feel more welcome than others. This is the place to stay. I could park my motorbike under a ''carparking'' at the Hotel. And at the breakfast they prepare a egg exactly how you like this. Wonderful people of the Hotel.

Location a perfect, the owners of this hotel are amazing. So kindly and friendly people that we want to back here again and again. Room was clean, bed are comfortable. we need to leave….

Small room but cozy and comfortable. Extremely kind and helpful hosts - fantastic breakfast, skipasses available at the hotel, detailed info on cross-country tracks, sparkling water in the room, müsli bars in the ski depot, etc. Possibility of sauna booking, thus, we were two of us alone there. Central position -Spar supermarket over the corner, ski lift 200 m, 500 m to the start of cross-country tracks (which were in surprisingly good status despite warm weather, and prepared daily). Simply, fantastic active relaxing stay!

Service and breakfast

Breakfast was good - friendly stuff . At the room was bathtub which is always good when you ski and need the rellax. The beds were excellent. Good ski room and the cable lift close to the destination to walk. For the price ( one room for almost 400 EUR per night ) I expect bigger room - there where almost only 3 beds in the room and nothing else fits in it just one chair. No fridge ( ! ) no caffe maker . Unstable internet connection - one moment very fast another - nothing.

Great place!! Awesome breakfast, super friendly and proactive hosts. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is close to the ski-lift, bars and restaurants. Enough free private parking spots. Slightly more space in the ski loft but enough when there are no more than 4 guests at a time in the loft preparing for ski. Nice are the heaters for the ski shoes.

Great location just next to the gondola, lovely hosts, super clean, easy and quick check in and check out, delicious breakfast - all top class.

Super friendly and polite owners, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, great, 4* hotel breakfasts! Location is best possible 50 meters from ski lift (second photo was taken from ski lift) and in very center of Gerlos. They have private parking, ski storage, sauna. I will come back for sure. I always have something they I don't like, but... Can't find anything here. Place is perfect.

Everything was simply amazing! From the moment i arrived to the reception to the moment I left the hotel. I stayed only one night passing by; but couldn’t ask for a better hotel! The hosts and managers are a couple who are making you feel at home and welcomed. The breakfast is amazing and the wife is doing speciality omlets that would not be scared to compete with 5* hotels! JUST BOOK IT Nothing everyone and everything was perfect

The hosts were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a nice variety on offer. The room was spacious and clean, offered great views and very cosy and warm. Excellent location in the middle of the town a few hundred yards from the skilift. It had a real homely feel to it, as if staying with family. I would have liked a bathtub to soak in after skiing, but my room didn't have one. But then again, I didn't ask (there is a sauna though).
