The apartment was wonderful, cozy, and very comfortable. We really loved the atmosphere it had a beautiful all wooden interior that made it feel warm and inviting. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff, great location near Restaurants, shopping and hiking trails Room description said apartment with 2 bedrooms, however it only had 1 with double and bunk bed (this was only in the detailed description, my fault bur still misleading)

Well designed apartment very homie and well pland we had everything we needed and had a wonderful stay the host was also very nice and helpful Just the extra charge for the parking is ridiculous

Unfortunately the breakfast is very overpriced for what is on offer. everything seems out of a packet and there is not a lot of choice. for the price of 18€ per person we expected A LOT more. The music in the spa area was awful. Just a radio playing... otherwise this are was small but totally fit for purpose

It is close to numerous tourist attractions, very good located. Our apartman was super clean, spacious, filled with every necessary equipments. The staff was very kind, friendly and supportive. We can only highly recommend VAYA Gerlos to anyone. You will not be disappointed with this accommodation. We will definitely go there in the future. The parking fee could be cheaper.

The experience of being closer to my spouse with the beautiful location makes everything better Not many facilities are available for the stay. Would like it if they have some activities that we can sign up upon. Often passing by reception and there isn’t any one attending or greeting as part to the service added value

New, clean and great location The rooms are very small, small bathrooms, the dining room table is made of steel, not suitable for high-end furniture and parking is not free

we were upgraded to a larger appartement. it was super big, very, very clean and modern. We even had 2 bathrooms, which were also very clean and modern. On top we had a very spacious balcony. Parking: you need to pay no less than E8 per day. There is no good parking indicator on the ground, so parking is not very space effective. Also, breakfast that is offered is really expensive.

Everything was average and from a 4 stars accomodation with such a price, I expect more. The structure is new and have a good potential, but there is much room for improvement.
