Super 8 by Wyndham Germantown/Milwaukee

Good place. Just a moderate hotel. It was clean, beds were good, staff was friendly and the location was adequate. For the price point I’ve had much better and much worse. The price for this property is markedly high by about 50.00 per night.

I would not recommend this location. There are no elevators. There is no vending available even though signage suggests at one time there was. Lights in my room were not working or needed replacement bulbs. There was hair that was definitely not mine in what was supposed to be clean towels and more hair in the shower and on the counters. The shower plug didn’t stop water flow so a shower was in 3” of standing water which felt gross. Said faucet continued to leak all night long despite everything being turned off. The WiFi was spotty and not strong. I paid extra for a business room and while the tv was larger, there was no “business” amenity to speak of. I would have gladly paid for faster internet. Next time I’ll pay the extra $50-$75 to go somewhere newer and with better resources so maintain a certain standard. $150 a night was NOT worth this!

Met our needs, including for our dog who travels with us. right in center of everything we had planned and close to family we came to see. Everything to meet our needs was close by. Will be our go to when we come again in future. Breakfast was good and tasty, but during our stay was same thing everyday. I love to cook so don't eat a lot of the same things day after day.

very clean room excellent staff,staff there were proffecional and and helpfull if i every return again id stay there.there supper awesome staff no complain.

The room was very nice and had a small freezer that we seldom see. There was an end table on both sides of The Queen bed with a clock and lots of plug-ins.

I like that the had a roll out bed we could use. There was a weird smell in the hallway like someone was smoking.

This motel was not what the reviews stated. There is no elevator and the guests were expected to carry luggage up a flight of more than a dozen stairs. One man came down with extreme breathing difficulties. My room had mouse poop in the a/c unit. Paid a staff member $20 to have someone come up to clean it. No one did. The pool and the hot tub were cloudy and didn’t appear to be clean so we didn’t use them. Therefore we didn’t feel it would be in our best interest to eat any of the complimentary food or beverages. Very stingy on towels and when asked to make up the room basically brought two new bath towels in my room and my guests were told the hotel only “made up the room” if you stayed a week. I was earlier told the staff started at 10 am to clean the rooms. Very misleading. If my brother in law would have come we wouldn’t have been able to stay as the rooms we had were not handicap accessible.

Didn’t use amenities and breakfasts was ok. Property is dated snd needs serious upgrades. Lots of freeway noise. Wouldn’t be a place to recommend as bathroom is dated and lighting in room is poor as it is old as well.

I was in town for a reenactment. It was nice to come back to a clean room, great staff, shower, and the hot tub.
