Excellent stay. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good - the waffles were some of the best we’ve had anywhere.

Clean room, wonderful staff, especially during check in. Convenient parking and very nice breakfast with many options. Walkable neighborhood with nice food and shopping options.

Room was great for a family of 6! Very clean and spacious. Parking was free and there was a Costco nearby along with a lot of places to eat. The complimentary breakfast was always good and fulfilling and saved a lot of money on the trip. The laundry room located on the same floor we stayed on was very convenient too. Would stay here again!

Nice big cosy room. Refrigerator and shower not cleaned properly

The phone in our room was not connected so you couldn't call front desk. We booked as 5 adults 1 child only 2 large towels were in the room. The handle to turn on the shower was loose so you had to wiggle it to get it to catch the mechanism to turn it

Conveniently located by many stores. Easy access to the highway.

It was very nice. Place was very clean. I came early so it was great to sit inside while I waited

This hotel it is not suite! Price higher then other hotels by far, hotel only 3 years old, but furniture it is look like 30 years old. Lobby very small., I don’t like …..

My room was not clean, felt like it was not even vaccum. There was hair in the face wash. The mini refrigerator is not working/not cold that ruin my toddlers milk. Went to ask for 2 pillows since it wasn't enough for me and my kids and front desk stated she has none.

We were at the location for 9 days. We did have a mix up with some cleaning and towels but the staff was very good and very accommodating. I would book this location in a heartbeat.

The King Suite was very spacious compared to few king suites I stayed in,which was nice.

Check in staff was rude, bathroom was dirty, there were bugs in the bathroom

I had a very pleasant stay. My plane arrived early the day of check-in so I called and asked if I could have an early check-in and they said sure! I very much appreciated it. Staff was amazing. They helped me with whatever I needed. Rooms were clean and spacious. I loved the room design and slept so good at night, I couldn’t wait to get back to my hotel like it was home. Will stay here again next visit

Room was pretty clean but obviously not vacuumed. Property wierdly looks like its either pretty new or recently renovated but run down at the same time. Grout in bathroom was in rough shape. Chips in the paint on the ceiling above bed. I only saw staff when I checked in. I never saw anyone at the front desk other than that. My room was not cleaned or supplies replenished at all during my stay.

Anytime I come to Milwaukee this will be my hotel. Amazing location less than a minute from the highway. It’s almost in the same space as Ross, TJ Maxx, Five Below, Cosco and Olive Garden. The hotel smells amazing and is extremely clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was immaculate, king bed super comfortable (no squeaks or springs lol) and spacious. I slept like a baby. Plus the continental breakfast was a surprise and very good. But!!!! One thing!!! That shower pressure was a one streamer water gun LOL. After it ran I got about 11 streams after turning the shower head option to rain like setting. But we are not at home and this is a hotel that cost $1,262.00 for a few nights so let’s not be too picky lol. I had to give an honest review. So yeah, either way it’s my number one choice!
