Convenient for my work missions and close to the airport for transit Breakfast could be improved with additional items for those on restricted diets. For example, add sweeteners besides sugar for coffee or tea

I like the service and front desk personnel was very caring and professional. Lorraine is her name. She was the receptionist and she took very good care of us. God bless her. I also like their food. Tvs were too small in size and very few towels. Soaps were very small and no fridge in the rooms.

Proximity to the hotel I made arrangements with the hotel to be picked up but waited over 45mins until I called them. The shuttle guy was extremely rude. The hotel has no stares. I had to carry luggage over 40kg up the stairs. The room had roaches.

Great location with easy airport access and a reliable shuttle service, even late at night and early morning. The reception staff were extremely hospitable and cooperative, making me feel like family. The room was comfortable with good air-conditioning, fast internet, and all the needed facilities. They were also very flexible with my last-minute booking changes, which I deeply appreciated. Nothing

This was perfect for us. We had, had a 16hr flight and were really tired. Very basic, but everything we needed was there. The room was clean, bed ( although a small double bed) was extremely comfortable and bedding was very neat. We had a very good night. Good value for money. N/A
