Only luke warm water at night and no hot water in the morning.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing... I emailed the hotel for an airport shuttle and never got a response and I ended up using a taxi

The bed was fine. I was in the basement. There was not an elevator to get to the basement. I had to role my suitcases down the stairs. Horrible experience. The tv cable was limited. The heater in the room worked inadequately. It took forever to warm up the room. I walked to the front desk to request an iron and board. Received the iron and board very quickly at my room. The iron was leaking water faster than I could iron. I went back up to the front desk to request another iron because the iron I had was leaking. The lady at the front called housekeeping for another iron. This time another iron and board never showed up. Highly disappointed.

Breakfast was ok. Location was away from the airport and I had to pay for transport. It was too far to walk, (they told me 4km) but such a short drive. I thought I was booking the OR Tambo City Lodge and didn't realize it was the "other" airport City Lodge. :( It was a hassle to get there.

Near airport. Inescapable central air conditioning. Was too cold and the air conditioning in the restaurant was set to cold and it the room it could not blow hot.
