We were given 2 hand towels to use as bath towels when I asked reception he advised the only provide 2 towels...there's is more issues but ya. It's was the 2nd time I booked there won't be going back

Receptionist was welcoming No wall plugs next to bed, No floor mat Pillows uncomfortable and some smell Sewerage smell coming through in the bathroom

There were no bath towels, the location is not clear. The facility did not have a fridge, there was no remote for the TV. The location is not and the staff was not welcoming

The cleanliness of the room and warmth. The noise when you're booked in the 1st room is unbearable.. It made it difficult to fall asleep. And I was told it is the last room but 2 more people arrived after us and were given other rooms.
