The location is close to downtown. Everything is within walking distance. The woman who cleans rooms is very nice. Check in process is horrible especially if you arrive on a Sunday. Make certain the hotel sends you the three number key box code and you know your room number. I was there during a heat wave and the room was unbearably hot. There is no way to contact the owners on Sunday. A woman showed up on Sunday and had we not been leaving she would not have had a way into the building. I still had the code number. She had no info for her room number so she had to take all the keys to find her single room. She tried calling the manager, texting the manager and bookings.com to no avail. The man who is one of the owners is extremely rude. The attached restaurant is mediocre at best. The service is horrible.

The hotel was very nice. Newly renovated and the room was spectacular. Bed was very comfortable. It looks like the room was brand new. Very large suite with balcony and jacuzzi tub. Breakfast wasn't available, reception isn't always available. Had to wait 10 minutes past check in time for reception to arrive. There was no one available at reception when we left, so we had to leave the key in the room.

The decor and facilities were great, the room was big and open, and the beds were comfy. The location was quite good and easy to find. The staff wasn't very welcoming. The reception was locked, even though we arrived during check-in hours. The man who checked us in acted like we were interrupting whatever he was working on and talked way too fast, evidently to get our interaction over as quickly as possible. They weren't offering breakfast, even though Booking.com said we could get it there separately.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, but there was no breakfast at the hotel itself. The woman at the reception sent to another address 25 meters away, but no breakfast there either. So I didn't have breakfast at all. No breakfast and not the same hotel like te picture.

Good price Close to Augsburg messe Calm place in the city Clean room Restaurant Separated building from main hotel Door from room are directly in main hall with door to the outside - so all noises from hall are distrubing, especially in the evening when you try to fall asleep. There are old wood stairs in hall so every movement in hall is noisy and you have a feeling that other people in hotel just walking around your head. Very basic breakfast with cold sausages and mixed-eggs
