Great location! Close to the central area and the attractions of Ghent (Gravensteen is a 5 minute walk). Very quiet hotel. Clean, comfortable and good size room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an extra cost at 20€ per person which is expensive. We didn’t have the breakfast.

The location is terrific... close to everything but on a quiet street. Our room was large, but quirky. The minimalist esthetic in the room has been take so far as to make it less functional. For example, the lighting was all controlled through a touch-pad that also controlled the HVAC, and there were no clear instructions about the lighting - just cryptic symbols on the touch-pad the we had to bumble with. Although the bathroom was also large, there were no hooks to hang anything other than the heated towel rack. The shower could really benefit from a grab-handle, as the floor was slippery.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The cartoon art was fun and different--it felt like an individual place. The breakfast was not cheap, but it was outstanding. The location is very quiet, but you can easily walk to the busy areas you want to visit, and there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Special props to De Panda on Oudberg! Nothing, really.

The staff was great and the breakfast absolutely amazing, especially the fruits salad bar. The location is amazing as well. The room is equipped with a kettle and a coffee machine. The room is a bit small but well organised There was a weird sewage smell in the room that we didn't manage to vent out. Also the room was a bit noisy - we could hear our neighbours and people walking in the hall. A church bell at 6:50 am was complementing the noise situation ? The toilet was making a big squeak when you sit on it (no matter how light you are)

Good location, nice and helpful staff, comfortable room. Hot water for shower was not warm enough for me. Not sure if the ground floor room matters.

We loved the location of this property! We were in walking distance of everything and the surroundings were beautiful! The staff was great and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. There is not a lot we didn't like about this property. I guess if I had to pick something for them to improve on, it would be the size of the comforters on the bed.

Stunning location! On edge of main area, so quieter yet within reach. Thank you for 24hr coffee option!! Great variety for bfast, but pricey if you’re not a pastry or large bfast person.

Perfect location! Not too far from the centre and nice and quiet. We had a view of the canal from our window. Ann, Dorien and Marion were very helpful. Dorien and Ann tried all day to get us dinner reservations and it was so appreciated! Breakfast was lovely- the dining area was spacious and they went out of their way to accommodate me for my dietary needs.

I love the location of the hotel. It was close to everything but on a quiet street. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Kathy, who works at breakfast, couldn’t be any sweeter. The only thing about our room(102) was the shower. The shower door open inward and it made it a bit challenging to get in and out. I know they are doing some renovations so I hope they include this in it.

Your team at the front desk. Attentive and helpful. They even booked us at a restaurant while we were out exploring. I wish I would have upgraded to a view room. Wasn't your fault though. The location made up for view.
