Everything It was fair

location was outstanding and Jasper is an excellent customer service person. Management should give him a bonus or pay increase. the AC unit keeps shutting down in the middle of the night automatically and the bathroom shower head mount needs to be changed. the way its mounted need repair.
-
the room was very quiet and the hotel staff was amazing. Jasper (main reception person) answer all our questions and gave us additional information to make our stay in Gent go well. The hotel is old, but the renovations are great. I would recommend this hotel. the bathroom was small, so a very large person would have problems showering or sitting on the toilet. this would be my only markdown.

Very small room. Uncomfortable bathroom.
-
It was close to Ghent city center The room bathroom smelled very bad, along with very small room with ojtfated TV’s/A/C.

Location Nothing
-
clean, comfy beds, nice decor, quiet enough with windows closed, room wasn’t big but efficient. central location, good vegan restaurant options very closeby. The bathroom is very tiny and the shower door wasn’t water tight, so bathroom floor would get wet. No vegan breakfast options.

Tiny room and bathroom
-
IBIS level, no surprise, very basic service

Having two properties with the same name located within 5 blocks of each other is very confusing for foreign guests.

Nice breakfast, nice lounge and the room was pretty nice. It is located very well as well if you would like to visit the interesting parts of the city. You can hear almost everything in your room. When someone flushes it sounds like a bomb is dropped and if your neighbors talks then you can hear what they say. I also had issues with that the shower was really cold one day and then the next it fluctuated a lot between different temperatures. The breakfast is very expensive as well, but it's a buffet so maybe that's why.

Amazing location, friendly staff and clean facilities Room was a bit small and the position of the doors made things difficult
-
Room very small, beds completely uncomfortable, toilet not for human.

I liked the cleanliness. I liked that the staff were very nice and helped when we missed the breakfast, due to misunderstanding about the breakfast time. The chief lady was very kind and accepted the breakfast vouchers and provided what was still available. The personality responsible for cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom were also very collaborative. It would be better if the shower is isolated from the rest bathroom space by a glass or something and not a curtain. Curtain doesn't stop the water to go further the showering space. The entrance from the parking place to the hotel is only possible through stairs, which is a little difficult when bringing many or heavy suitcases.

Good, generally central location. Value is fine, it was the cheapest hotel we could find I think. The staff were pleasant and helpful, whenever we had a need and we asked for something, they were there. The room is spatial enough for a family of two + a kid. The hotel lobby is decent and clean. The room seemed old, the toilet especially had facilities that appeared old, as did the carpets in the room and in the hallway, this gives the impression of uncleanliness, although I assume it was clean. The biggest issue was the parking, which was not well-advertised (and it's not cheap, it's 23 EUR per night), it's not really accessible and it's quite narrow at the entrance. When you park the car, reaching the hotel is hard if you are with a child or you have any movement impairment, you would need to circle around from the car entrance.

Staying in this hotel third time. I think it has a very good price/quality ratio. Located in the city center! In 15 - 20 min walking you can reach basically everything. Stuff is very friendly! The room I was given upon arrival was too cold, but very friendly stuff provided me another room which was warm!

Shower had good water pressure and temp control. Breakfast was good. Bed/mattress was hard and would slide off the bed. Pillows were flat, temp control in room didn’t work (could not turn on AC). Room was very small and bathroom was cramped.
-
Good location. Room was good but parking was a bit difficult due to small parking spaces in the garage
-
The location is good. The room is too small.

Very close to the trams and good location for city center for the price. Nothing to complain about.
