Een prachtige kamer met een mooi balkonnetje voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi design en zeer goed bed. Heel mooie spa. Zeer goed ontbijt zowel het buffet als de à la carte opties waren kwalitatief en heel verzorgd. En heel vriendelijke ontvangst.

Really nice hotel close to the center. We really loved the free 1 hour access to the private spa. Very good breakfast. A nice clean modern hotel. Some essential oils for the water in the finnish sauna would have been nice.

This hotel is a little gem. Smells delightful on entry and the reception staff were excellent. We booked parking over the road and that worked well. Room was lovely. A bit more out of the main town area than we realised.

I did not purchase breakfast at the hotel, but the dining area is very nice, adjacent to the Spa. Didn't realize that there is a Brita Water bottle refill station in the dining area, huge+ upon discovery. The room is very nice and quiet. I slept well, the bedding was upscale. My room did not face the street & I barely heard even the slightest noise stirring below me. Well appointed room overall that is not beaten down by use. Small grocery store directly across the street is a convenient+ too! The area is very close to many walkable historical attractions with tons of shopping & restaurants. I had no issues finding my needs met. Entry foyer to the room is kind of grimy, this is a new hotel in a an older bldg, the entry had scuffed walls & dusty baseboards, grayed wood staircase up to the room from many wet shoes before me (needs steamed!). Otherwise, the room is clean and met expectations. So, could use some deep cleaning detailing in the entrance and adjacent WC.

Loved this hotel. The proximity to downtown was great. It was a 10 minute walk or less to the old center. I liked staying a bit away from the noise and busyness of the downtown while having lots of restaurants, cafes, and a grocer near by the hotel. The one hour of spa time was a nice treat after many days of walking around.

Beautiful, comfortable, quiet room. Easy to walk to all Gent historic sites.

Very courteous and helpful staff members. The 1 hour SPA session was included in the pricing. The hotel location is quiet, but within a 10 minute walk to the attractions. Rooms are modern and automated. The bathroom was a tad small, didn’t really have space by the sink. But the overall room size was perfectly fine.

Very friendly and attentive staff!!! A beautiful, clean, and cozy room. There's also one hour in the SPA area included in the price. Everything is well thought-out down to the smallest details. Great and convenient location. -
