Beautiful hotel aligned with Ghent’s charm! Extremely comfortable beds, spacious room and bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean and excellent location in the heart ❤️ of Ghent! 10/10 we thank you so very much, bravo ?? All was excellent honestly can’t think of anything to help it better. Truly great!

Staff was so kind and helpful, that was best thing in my stay. They also made a list of restaurants that you can reach via online or the book in your room.. The location was good enough. The sheets towels and bathroom were so clean Room was small and bed was so soft it was not comfortable for me. Also there were many dead mosquito on the walls, they need to paint the walls and clean the infront of the window

Property was quaint, you could tell there was a lot of history there. Beautifully accommodations.

Pretty hotel and comfortable room. The people at the front desk were very helpful in providing recommendations of where to go and storing my bags after check out. The location was very quiet and convenient to the main areas. Would be nice to provide water in the room free of charge for the hot days

The facility was very clean. great friendly staff. Location was perfect for us. The onboarding instructions from the property were perfect for first time visitors to Ghent. The ac was great - we were there for 3 of the hottest days in Belgium this year - and without the AC it could’ve been a miserable stay. The location was 10 mins walk from the center of the city and very safe. The triple room even had a door separating the master bed from the other 2 beds. The WiFi signal was weak to non-existent in the room. The hotel is adjacent to one of the most popular Irish pubs in town and with the fifa World Cup matches going on, the noise from the crowded pub extended well into the night until 1am making it hard to wind down for the night.

Everything was lovely, staff very friendly and perfect location to walk and explore or a quick jump on the tram to get to and from the train station. No elevators so a little difficult carrying our bags up and down the stairs, but it added to the experience.

Absolutely wonderful! Outside building is older, but inside is very modern, comfortable and clean. Location is amazing, everything within easy walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful…spent lots of time with us in the beginning giving some great suggestions showing us on a map we could take with us. Difficulty in finding/parking with all the construction, yet specific directions were given by hotel to help us out.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered something for everyone. No elevator but the staff assisted with all the luggage.

Quaint and amazing character! The location was perfect for us too. Near everything and yet not right in the heavy tourist traffic. The front desk lady was super informative and gave us a walk path on the map that was perfect! Nothing. I loved this place.

Hotel Staff was very kind and let us check in a bit early after a long travel day. Staff also carried my heavy luggage up the stairs without asking which was very kind. Location: off on a quiet street but still close to the city center. Everything is walking distance! Room: I stayed in a twin bedroom that was very nice with beautiful wooden beams and access to a rooftop sitting area. Since the room has such high vaulted ceilings it takes an awhile to heat the room, the first night I was freezing because I couldn’t find the heater. Second night I found the thermostat in the room and it was much better. The room I was in was clean and roomy and perfect for a stay while exploring the city. The hotel itself is very nice with modern decor and cool designs. The Hotel staff also gave personalized recommendations on food and things to do that was very thorough and informative. If you are mobility impaired I would choose somewhere else or request the ground floor as there is a very tight and steep spiral staircase to get to your room. Overall good stay I felt very safe and I would recommend to anyone saying in Ghent Very cold room, with thin bedding!

No hotel parking.

The hotel is near the city centre and in walking distance. The staff was very helfpful. They helped me carry my luggage upstairs, eventhough I could manage, but they insisted. And cleaned the room and changed towels eventhough I was staying there only 2 nights. Also a major plus in my books is the many pillows the room had. As someone who sleeps with atleast 3 pillows, having 6 in the room was a win. At first I didn't find the bed comfortable, they are so soft. But I managed and was able to sleep well. The room is also rather small, for 1 person it is good, but with 2 people the room would be too cramped
