Easy check in, easy parking, good stay for sleeping when traveling. The desk clerk was nice. The hotel cleaners were extremely loud starting at around 7:30. Slamming doors, yelling to each other, making phone calls on speaker mode. I don’t complain about much, but this was really over the top, especially when check out is 11.

Area feels unsafe (even though nothing happened). Most people I know would not be comfortable walking around that area. Really hard to reach without a car. Whole building smells funky. Room was so small, no place to sit.

Under the half-roof in front of the reception, alcohol was drunk and hashish was smoked all day long. It didn't feel safe or nice to come to the hotel. And very uncomfortable to walk through weed-smoke. There were many long hairs on the bed linen. I was forced to pay 4 euros extra, even though I had paid for the hotel. * *Do not expect to relax and sleep on this hotel * * Normally I expet low noice on hotels, especially after 20:00 and complete siclence after 21:00 so we can sleep. - Here it was at least 23:00 before it got quieter. - - But I did wake up two times at night because of noice on the hallway, I looked at the clock the one time at it was 2:00 AM!

you get what you paid for, In the room i booked you get good bed to sleep and private shower and toilet resturant for basic food

Its cheap and filled the need of "place to sleep after a new years party" The whole hotel smelled funny, definitely smokers around. We were in the room next to the kitchen and the staff were up partying/chatting in there until 3am. Tbf they did leave when we asked but it was the opposite of the quiet room as you could hear everything through the wall

Extremely helpful and friendly receptionist, who spoke English. The facilities were basic, but adequate. The room was clean. Great value for money. The location was on the edge of Ghent in an industrial estate, so it was not the sort of place you would want to walk around. The hotel was really tired looking, but refurbishment works were underway, so hopefully this will improve. The ground floor bedroom window had been subject to a forced entry in the past; although it was repaired, this doesn't encourage feelings of security!

Very good hostel, it meets the requirements well, clean place. Location not very close to the center, keep that in mind but for the price it's worth it.
