Kerta Family Bed and Breakfast

The hosts are so friendly and hospitable and serve a delicious breakfast and coffee/tea every morning. The accommodation is quiet and peaceful, and is located walking distance to a great waterfall. About 20 minutes drive to Ubud, it's an ideal place to relax away from the busy tourist centers. Nil!

Quiet and comfortable. The hosts were extremely welcoming and kind. I was only staying here for the first two nights of my vacation. I wasn’t going to be around much as I was up early and out all day. But the accommodations were great. I unfortunately did not get to enjoy any of the food for the Warung but the host was kind enough to invite me to join them for pizza one night. I did have a quick dip in the pool on the day I arrived and it was refreshing and nice to have available. Nothing

Super super nice family owns and runs this delightful spot Mr Kerta wins Mr Congeniality of Indonesia award … friendship and love just exudes from him ! Nice wife and dons Be sure to get a superb massage from his neice while you are there… magic hands ! Nice pool, refreshing Mr Kerta can drive you to places you want to go to I did whitewater rafting and atv ride through rice field area 20 min north of Ubud and had wonderful time with both, great staff .

It’s was nice place … with friendly owners , service was really good , specially the breakfast and all food menu taste really good , stay place was clear surrounded by nature..value for money. Even it was short trip it was really good, highly recommended

The property was very nice in general, the pool area us very pretty and the water always has the perfect temperature for the weather. Also, the room has a very big bed and the air con cools the room which is fantastic We like everything

A very quiet place where you are welcomed by Kerta, who is very friendly, warm, funny and so is his wife and the whole family. As there were eight of us, we occupied the whole accommodation and had complete privacy. The price performance ratio is absolutely perfect! Impossible to arrange within 10 minutes, miracles on the spot ;-)

Kerta and his family are just lovely , customer oriented, super attentive and always willing to help. Their attention to detail is great, every time I’ll go to the restaurant they’d bring things that they knew I’ll ask for , even before I did. Also , when they found out that it was my sisters birthday , they even prepared a little cake with a candle !! The place was super close from a beautiful waterfall, and just a few minutes drive from places like the Bali bird park and the reptile house. Super recommended if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay

The waterfall is next to the house. We can’t recommend this guest house because we left money in our room and someone stole 100€((.. The bathroom was dirty and no soup or some gel shower, not hot water.The breakfast was poor and the bed wasn’t comfortable.The location is 30 minutes from Ubud by scooter. The price for this service is not correct.The swimming pool was dirty.

Loved the owners of the guest house.They were super friendly and would do anything to make us happy. They greeted us each morning with a nutritious breakfast and fruit and drinks.Always smiling and totally wanting to please. They felt like family. The property was a bet out of the way and you needed some form of transportation to get around.

It was cheap and the owner is very helpful, can get you whatever you need. Good scooter. Breakfast was good and also a lot of options for lunch and dinner and very good prices. The bathroom didn’t have proper ventilation so it was smelling a bit like mold.

Their restaurant is also opened for outside guests and a secret tip if you want a delicious homecooked meal. Would absolutely recommend and hope to see them again!

The staff, (husband, wife, and son), were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Kerta was very knowledgeable and his English was very good. He was our private chauffeur for a day, for just 300K Rupiah. The matrass, (memory foam?), was very comfortable, and our room was right next to a flowing stream lined with tropical foliage. The breakfast and food at the newly opened family restaurant was very tasty. There were large unidentified critters noisily chasing each other in the ceiling space of our room. The water pressure was so low that the shower was a mere trickle, especially when using warm water. The large windows overlooking the stream were in desperate need of a good clean.

My experience at Kerta Family b&b was fantastic: it is not just a place to eat and sleep but you are welcomed as a member of the family. Great food and Kerta organises beautiful tours of the Ubud area, east west and hikings. Unfortunately I didn't manage to do it all, but at least this way I have a good excuse to come back. Nothing

My stay was absolutely fabulous. This B&B is located in a quiet area of Ubud (15 mins by car from the "centre"). The room was big and clean. Kerta and his wife were really helpful and super kind. I definitely recommend this B&B in Ubud /

Kerta is an amazing host. He was able to get us really good deals on activities. Hi son drove us around (we paid him) for the 3 days we were there. The food selection was limited and not many restaurants around.
