Our stay at Bumi Kinar Skylight was truly exceptional and easily one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt carefully considered, beautifully designed, and delivered with genuine warmth. The property itself is absolutely spectacular. It is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in, with a setting that feels peaceful, private, and deeply connected to nature. Our villa faced the river and was surrounded by forest, giving us an incredible jungle view that made the whole stay feel very special. The design of the villa was extremely well thought out, with impressive attention to detail throughout. It was spacious, bright, very clean, beautifully finished, and everything worked exactly as it should. The facilities were top-notch, and the whole property felt refined, calm, and luxurious without losing its natural charm. What made the experience even more memorable was the level of personalization. The team left thoughtful messages, provided welcome drinks and food, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast was also amazing — fresh, beautifully presented, and a real highlight each morning. Most importantly, I want to give special thanks to the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, present, and professional at every moment. During our trip, my wife was not feeling well, and the care shown by the team was outstanding. They checked on us, provided drinks, offered help, and even offered to arrange transport to a hospital or clinic if needed. Their understanding, patience, and genuine concern meant a lot to us and showed the highest level of hospitality. A strong appreciation also goes to the management team and the owner for creating such a remarkable property and for building a team that delivers service with such sincerity and excellence. It is clear that a lot of thought, care, and passion has gone into every part of the guest experience. There's nothing not to like. I must say however that I was looking forward to visiting the rice field for a paddy walk but unfortunately the rice was harvested by the time I arrived
