D'Nanda mini hotel Ubud

The property was out of the way and quiet! The views are beautiful and the staff is friendly! The food at the little restaurant was DELICIOUS and priced well!!! Don’t let the entrance to the place fool you! We would definitely stay again! Would like conditioner in shower.

The place has a nice ambiance with an infinity pool and the nature around it. You can book massage sessions and lunch/dinner with local prices. Poor communication, as well as the ongoing construction negatively affected our stay. The staff were kind but but important details were not always communicated clearly. The biggest issue was the construction next to the rooms and pool area. Although we appreciated being informed that work would start early the next morning (6am), communication around the actual construction schedule was poor. Despite being told the work would stop in the afternoon, it continued until late at night (around 11:30pm) with no clear information available or staff present to manage the situation. Only after we escalated the issue with the security guard was the owner contacted, the work stopped, and an alternative room was offered.

Loved the view from the pool is amazing to the jungle, the infinity pool is also great! The staff is helpful and we even had wonderful breakfast with the panoramic views and the food we had was always super delicious! Rooms spacious for our family of 4 and very nice views from it.

The rooms are clean and the pool is well taken care of. The staff is amazing, really friendly and helps in everything you need, always checking that you're comfortable. Also, the hotel has a restaurant with local food, tasty, and acceptable prices. If I had to say something negative I would say the location, because there's not much that you can do nearby. The hotel itself has a warung (local restaurant) so you can eat there, but outside of the hotel it may be hard to find something. But it's not a big problem, and if you want to be in a peaceful area surrounded by nature that is what you get, peace, without many things nearby. So it's not a big issue for me, but it's something to consider, depending on what you look for.

Perfect location not to far away from the huss and buss of the centre of UBud but nice and quiet at nice with a beautiful view of the Jungle The bathroom setup but we were out all day so it didnt really matter

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly The hotel's quiet location, integrated with nature, allowed us to fully experience the peace of Bali. Guests looking for city life will need to call a taxi. I definitely recommend it.

Private pool, massage on the balcony, spacious room and bathroom. Great and cheap restaurant. Very serviceminded staff. Some rooster noise in the first villa. Perfectly quiet in the second villa

Quiet place, good area to have walks , a good waterfall closeby I paid too much by booking 2 months early paid almost 56 dollars per day plus they charged 8 USD per day for extra bed which was too much in indo for this time of year, at the time of checkin I checked up the property was available for 35 USD per day, better properties are available nearby, UBUD centre is too far, so those wishing to go to market etc take care of this, plus they provide very little water in rooms, rest one has to go and fill oneself, don't understand why we paid si much of staff cannot even bring extra water, even hotels were cheaper in expensive area like Kuta at this time. In addition, some construction was going on at the villa, so there was noise throughout the daytime till 6 in the evening. D Nanda can be avoided if anything else available.

The serenity, location in village was quiet, which is so refreshing after the hustle Ubud central, restaurant at villas was lovely, with a few places to eat in walking distance too. Wid and all the staff were very helpful, and will help with all your adventure & drivers if heading out to explore. was really relaxing stay and would definitely come back.

We liked the breakfast very much?? The staff and service was great and helpful. Also they have good, fast and cheap laundry service❤️?? The bathroom ceiling wasn’t fully covered, so we had several geckos and spider in bathroom, (They cant enter the bedroom, bathroom door was quite sealed) ?. Was little bit far from ubud center ( like 30mins)

The villa is beautiful and comfortable with good shower, good bed, watercooker, even possibility to cook. Only the promise of a pool is only in one of the 2 villa’s. The other one has no pool. Breakfast is included. Staff very helpfull. We had no pool because we didn’t know we booked the villa without the pool. You can use one in the accommodation nearby but it is elsewhere (5 min). The location is 8 km from Ubud center so you need a taxi (Gojek) to go to Ubud. Takes time for a taxi to come and then half an hour drive to Ubud.

Property has a very good ambience. It encourages relaxation. Our family enjoyed staying in the balcony to chat or to nap because the nature around is just lovely. We felt the sense of privacy and safety staying here. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I just noticed that the main door makes a loud creaking sound when opening and already and needs repair. Also, the keys/door accessories need to be changed to something rust-proof.
