Wonderful hotel. I would definitely stay there again. Very clean with a welcoming staff. The room was comfortable.

Room was hot due to AC not being started until check in. 106 outside and early evening. Obviously trying to save money. Room was not cleaned well. Blinds were stained and damaged. TV in living room suite didn’t work - at all. And finally - will be nursing my sinus for a while due the lack pillows that don’t have feathers. Yes, feathers! When we asked for non-feathers, we were told that they didn’t have anymore. This is a newer Residence Inn folks. I could barely speak the next morning from the allergies. Even the staff admitted that they had heard the comments about cleanliness in the rooms. How this hotel ever had good ratings is concerning or people have just become used to a new standard and this is the new definition of good looks like. More need to complain and put hoteliers on notice that standards must improve!!

We were there Thursday to Sunday. Their breakfasts were great. Our room was clean and well supplied.

Hotel was very clean from the lobby to the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning we were there was very tasty and all the drink options from water to juice and even almond milk!! Free fruits!!

The room was filled with space saving amenities. I didn’t feel crowded and it was nice to have a couch in the room. I would definitely stay in any of these hotels again.

The Property and our suite was excellent. However the lighting in the bathroom particularly at the vanity area needs to be much brighter, it’s very dim. Here should be an in room safe available as well. One more thing, the bedding and room was to be changed and freshened up every other day, the only thing that was tended to was fresh towels. Other than the three mentioned things we loved the accommodations, we actually booked in another state with Home 2.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff had the best customer service and attitudes that I’ve come across in awhile and I travel frequently. Every member was friendly and extremely helpful.

I live nearly an hour from my office so occasionally I stay locally to avoid the commute. Last night I had the pleasure of staying with Home2Suites and I was very pleased. I tend to skip around to different hotels since I live locally and this is more just for decompression time and to avoid a commute so I can confidently say this is one of the most comfortable places I have stayed. I do not really use the amenities so I cannot comment on those but I can tell you the rooms are clean, beds are comfy, water is hot. and the staff are friendly.

She was friendly and helpful with alternative choices available. The breakfast bar was the highlight of our stay. We have never enjoyed a hotel breakfast more! The variety of dishes and condiments was top notch

The location was great. The lady in the front desk when i checked in was very friendly. The lady when we checked out was awesome too she complimented my hair and that was nice. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great too. Nothing.

The rooms are very nice and look pretty new with very comfortable beds. The included breakfast is also really good with many options.
