I was unable to check in because my debit card was disabled due to malfunctioning chip. This property would not take cash. Even though I offered to put up double asking rate. I will never use this service again. With modern technology common sense went straight out the window. How disappointing

This was nice, simple place and close to Henry Brown GMC where I had work done on my truck.

Did not have maid service for a week. Pool was not maintained until I made a complaint about it. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful five star service from them. I would stay there again in the future.

The room and staff were amazing. The only thing that could have been worked is the bathroom tub and they were out of shampoo. Everything else was great!

Facility was cloee to hospital where my procedure was done. Not happy with the fire alarm going off after my wife and I had just hone to sleep. And then the night clerk provided no information or apologies.....just "it's okay. Go back to bed."

Overall the stay was good. Not much of an amenities person but I’m sure they ar fine.
