The staff was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was kind, courteous, and so helpful. This was our first trip to a hotel with our dog and the outdoor space was perfectly pet friendly. We were so happy with our stay in general. The room was very poorly designed. We had traveled with our son and dog so we booked a king bed room with a pull out sofa. While we anticipated things to be tight with our dog crate, we did not expect the pull out sofa to take over all walking space in the room. When the sofa was opened to the bed, it was right up against the actual bed leaving NO space to walk through or around from one side of the room to the other. I have limited mobility (not enough to need a handicap room) which made things very uncomfortable. This is also clearly a fire hazard since I was unable to get out of my side of the bed without having to crawl out over my husband or across the pull out bed where my son was sleeping. This is something that should be clearly explained to guests when booking a king room for 3 guests. I certainly will not be booking this room again.

Everything was great but they over booked the queen rooms so I had a smaller size bed. The kitchen faucet was broken.

Both days featured an excellent breakfast buffet kept stocked by a pleasant and cheerful lady.

Room was very clean and had a serviceable kitchenette. Plenty of parking was available. Breakfast was typical hotel continental breakfast, but it seemed fresher than others. Also, although breakfast is served until 9:30 according to the room printouts, the service was shut down at 9:15, so be aware that if you want breakfast, you can’t have a sleep in. Friendly, helpful staff though.
