We were scheduled for a 4 night stay. The room assigned to us was on the front at the location with the most noise. We did not realize the impact of the noise on our sleep. Motorcycle noise at 6 a.m. I asked the staff why if we were booked for a 4 night stay we were not assigned a room on the backside of the hotel away from the intersection noise....does that not make sense? They offered that we move, but our bags were unpacked and we did not have time to change with the plans scheduled for those days. Also, as we came and went during those days there was no friendly greeting from the staff at the desk.

The room was not cleaned. We checked in late for an early morning leave. There were hair balls in the bathroom and room. I requested toilet paper (there was non) and towels to cover the pillows. Both towels delivered by the receptionist had long/black hair on. Tv was not working properly. Since we had to wake up early we tried to sleep. The next morning, I saw that the bathtub had black hair all over. It was repulsive.

The room was not very clean and the bathroom had used toothpaste spit in the sink and public hair in the shower! Never staying there again

The staff was nice. Lots of long black hair in the sink & cops there in the middle of the night on a DV call. Screaming. Not cool.

Breakfast exceeded expectations. There were hot and cold choices. There were beautiful views of the canal and a nice walking path. The staff was very polite. The curtain had a tear and the wallpaper in the bathroom had an unpleasant stain.
