Gorgeous rooms with comfortable beds, really friendly and helpful staff, great location and tasty breakfast. Lovely pool area? I like a proper duvet rather than just a sheet so maybe an option for a cover would be great.

Such a great stay at Cocotoa Hotel! The whole team was welcoming, Andri and Emma were especially kind and attentive throughout my time there. They really go the extra mile to make you feel at home. The complimentary water was a total lifesaver, and the amenities were fantastic — convenient bike rentals for exploring and a lovely breakfast each morning. Location was nice and quiet, away from party antics near the shore! Comfortable, friendly, and thoughtful in all the little details. I’d happily stay here again! Walls are a bit thin!

My standard room didnt have clothes wardrobe. the hotel is accesible via some not paved and mud roads which is problem when it rains, paddles were everywhere

The hotel is nice , the problem is the infrastructure of the island , if you bring suitcases take a horse from the ferry , the roads to hotel are in a poor condition . It’s like 15 minutes walk

A bit far from the coat where there are restaurants, but with bike or if you like walking it is very good. Gili trawangan est un coup de coeur ♥️

The bathroom was perfect ! We didn’t used the pool Avoid rent e-scooter, with two people on it, we run out of battery on 7-8km. Ask for new bicycles and check the brakes and the bell

- Friendly staff - Extremely noisy. Impossible to sleep properly because of the sounds from surroundings (roosters, chicken, street..). Soundproofing is inexistent - Dusty and bathrooms are not very clean (mouldy sink)

Quite a modern hotel. Air con. Had hairdryer on asking. Nice pool area. Quite a quirky partial outside bathroom. Large spacial bedroom with quite a few hangers for clothes, chairs and own sunbeds outside rooms on lower floor. A little off the beaten track more inland than we expected. Whilst the bed and bedroom were clean, the bathroom had suspect stains on the wall and the corners of the bathroom were not cleaned. Its partially outside too so lots of noise from dogs, chickens, children on the street behind. Breakfast very basic & did have tummy upset after it.

The staff is amazing. They helped us in so many ways, arranged transportation, extra night, room swich aso. Would definitely stay there again, if I ever came to Gili T again. Location. It is not hotel's fault but the neighbourhood was in quite a bad condition, roads dark and bad. You don't want to walk there by yourself on the dark time.
