Great location, with everything no more than 15 minutes away by bike, which we received from the villa. The rooms were spacious and had air conditioning, which was a big plus. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were always very kind, helpful, and welcoming. Nothing, it was great

We stayed there for eight nights and the service was perfect. The staff were always friendly and helped with everything we needed. Food was delicious and with reasonable prices. Rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. You don’t have to order breakfast in advance like in many hotels from Indonesia Nothing.

The staff, the space, the atmosphere. Villa Nero has it all. You are just one bike ride away (and bikes are provided for free from the hotel) from great restaurants, the beach and the port. If you don't feel like going out, Villa Nero has you covered with their own delicious restaurant. The staff is what really won us over. No request was turned away and they were always available 24/7. They really made our honeymoon special!!

Staff was so welcoming, kind and helpful. They suggested perfect options for the island trip. Also they prepare our bikes before we arrive. Location was a little bit tough but inside the hotel so good especially architecture.

The property was well maintained and had all the facilities you would expect. The stay was a comfortable one and the best part of the stay would be the 4 cats resident that roam around the property (they are so friendly and cute:))

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was incredibly clean and tidy. The property had so many perks and added bonus like bikes and free breakfast. It made our stay incredibly easy. I have nothing bad to say about this stay.

Really friendly and helpful staff, one of the best pools in the area and so clean. The bikes are free which is a great addition so you can get around the island easily.

The hotel is very nice and clean. All the facilities are good and the breakfast is great. However the staff are what really make this place. Aziz, Ayu, Umi, Dani and all the others. Super friendly and nice people, always happy and willing to chat and hang out. We were there in rainy season and our boat back to Bali was cancelled due to weather. The staff helped us in booking another boat to Lombok and then onto Bali, even made sure we got to the port and found the correct boat. Highly recommend. Hope we can make it back there again. Nothing.
