The balcony doors upstairs are not sealed and we don't have a mosquito net, it was hard to keep the mosquito out

Very nice clean rooms and excellent location, less than 5 min walk to the port and lots of restaurants, shops, etc. Air conditioning was great and we loved the balcony and pool. Towels were really scratchy.

The location was excellent and surprisingly quiet, despite being close to the harbor. The bath towels were rough in texture and not very comfortable to use.

Location wise is very nice BEDBUGS on our room. It was our last hotel before finishing the trip and now we are concern we bring them home. If room is next to restaurant, forget about sleeping early, is too noisy, till 11pm at least and thanks good it was Monday. Is other good things for the same value, neverthe less stuff was very nice. And prices good, worth it? I don’t know.

The pool was nice and you get 4 pillows I asked for a room on the bottom floor because of my fractured foot and he said no that i would have to pay more cause there is no twin bed room options downstairs. So he brings me upstairs to a room that looked NOTHING like the photos online… the door didnt shut properly so bugs could crawl or fly in .. he told me they have no bugs there.. even tho the 2 mins i was in the room there was 2 bugs in the window.. i told him the room was not acceptable and looked nothing like the photos online.. he then brought me to the another room in the same condition.. i explained and showed photos of the room and bathroom i booked and i requested a refund.. then he said he had to talk to the manager about refunds.. then he says we have a room on the bottom floor and it was twin beds after he said they didnt have .. and it was the bathroom in the photos.. unfortunately the bathroom had black mold and the room smelled like mold .. also when i woke up i had 300 baby ants in my purse because of a hall candy in there.. stayed the 2 nights and wont return

I just love this place. The staff are what make it a wonderful place to stay. They make you feel so welcome and are always smiling and friendly, especially Ina on reception. The restaurant staff are amazing, housekeeping and pool guy. I love the location close to the main road but further back so it’s not too noisy. They serve a wonderful breakfast with plenty on the menu to choose from. The pool area is lovely. I loved it so much I have already booked to come back in December. Thank you again to Ina, Dika, Awil, Ejay, Hanipan, Zia, Anan and all the team. Sanpai jumpur I would have loved to have had a full length mirror in the room.

Minutes walk to the ferry and action of Gili T. So many cool restaurants, cafes nearby. Easy to hire bikes each day. 50,000 rupiah. Lovely pool right outside our door. Nice large room with fridge. Cool bar and cafe. Nice food. Good prices. Has a friendly booshey backpacker vibe. Easy to chat to people at bar or pool. Friendly staff. Felt safe and secure. Ideal for our mother/daughter holiday. The coffee. They need an expresso machine at the cafe. Little maintenance issues. Safe didn’t work. Food left around pool area for hours. Pool Lounges need a wipe over. Dirty ashtrays near pool

the closeness with the port, the cafe, basically everything is enjoyable, we got help with early check in also, thanks to the staff since we can drop our baggage directly to our room before our snorkeling agenda starts nothing

Location was great, staff friendly and helpful. The wifi worked well in the room which was clean and well equipped including a fridge which was a bonus. Breakfast was good overall and happy hour 3 for 2 cocktails was fun. No gluten free option apart from Nasi goreng for breakfast. Some cocktails were better than others. Shower overflowed very quickly with the shower on full. They briefly lost our laundry but found it later - slightly anxiety provoking. Bit worn and dated. Wifi less good around the pool.

Good pool good location, the food was great Was allotted the wrong room, insects kept creeping inside the room, big centipedes and ants. The AC wasn’t working properly
