We spent 2 weeks in Jali Hotel and it was amazing. Comfy and spacious room, great pool in front of each room, and delicious breakfast. We definitely will come back again.

Gorgeous, updated, and nicely decorated. I love the lounge chairs for each room outside the pool. Staff was very friendly. Felt more luxurious than I was actually expecting, which was very nice. I really liked that they give you a snorkel and mask that comes with your room. It’s a bit far from the sunset/party side of the island, so be mindful if that’s where you want to spend your time, but Jali is very close to the good snorkeling sites, and well-located for diving.

Beautiful property in a quiet location but close enough to things. Room was spacious and great outdoor shower and bathroom. Pool was very nice. The restaurant, Jali Kitchen, was outstanding! It is right outside your door. Nothing.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The restaurant has a good quality snd the bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Also, the location is close to the center and we can enjoy a lot of good places with walking distance.

The bathrooms were amazing, the pool as well and the staff super nice and helpful. Beautiful hotel all together AC was hitting real good haha our besties Man and Bebe (Cats) A bit further then the main area but far enough to have some quiet from mosque and the bars.

Clean and comfortable, excellent service and caring for the guests, excellent breakfast, very nice and long swimming pool, convenient and quiet location, excellent restaurant ( one of the best on the island ). We loved it so much! This will be our first choice when we come back to Gilis. We missed them greatly after we moved to another hotel!

Very good beds, many conveniently placed outlets, good water pressure, excellent restaurant, staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. They made me feel welcomed. Location is just right between west and east beaches. They have available bikes for rent on a daily basis. Will definitely come back.

The staff were absolutely perfect — always helpful, friendly, and proactive. They gave great suggestions, arranged things for us when needed, and made sure we felt taken care of. I’d rate the staff 10+! Nothing!

I loved the restaurant, breakfast, and that they provide fresh juice upon arrival and at breakfast. In addition the hotel is quiet for sleeping. A/C is amazing. The pool got absolutely no sun, it’s not a hotel to relax by the pool. The staff are immature obnoxious and rude. The sheets and towel have stains all over them. It’s a bit far from the central part of the island. If you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you will be going outdoors.

We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were so attentive. I asked for a bottle of wine to be put in the room for my daughter’s birthday and they put in a piece of cake with a candle and set it all up beautifully whilst we were having breakfast. Great location. The beach was nearby. Breakfast was great every day and the restaurant serves great food at other times. The rooms were comfortable and we loved the outdoor bathroom. They provide a snorkel set which was fantastic as we were able to wander to the beach and swim with turtles. I would highly recommend this resort for the value for money, comfortable, clean rooms, a beautiful pool area and the staff. Did not want to leave!

Really nice hotel, food was really good, nice breakfast, nice bedroom, big pool and clean. The only little bad thing was just the wifi not working a lot during my trip

We had an amazing time on Jali Resort. All the people here is absolutely lovely. We stayed at 12 days, and both we and our kids felt like home. The pool was nice and the food was the best we tried on Gili. Thank you guys for making our vacation so good. Best regards Karina, Tommy, Flora og Liva
