Friendly and informative staff... Sensatia shower products smelled quite nice. The rooms all have patio access to a 40 meter pool, which was great for some refreshing swims. A few cats were lounging around, too. The attached 'Roast House' restaurant had tasty & hearty portions of fish; tuna steak came with excellent mashed potatoes. Their breakfast set options all included a lovely barista coffee, as well as fruits, yogurt & granola-- a great way to start the day... Generously provided free drinking water refills, which was useful in the heat/humidity. Located next door to the mini golf course, which was fun. From hotel, it was a quick walk to a stretch of beach with sea turtles grazing just off shore... And about a 20 minute walk over to the sunset side of island. The minifridge smelled a bit cheesy, and repeatedly made a 'clunking' noise at night... Also had some broken tiles on our shower floor, which hurt a bit when stepped on wrong.

The location was great, the staff were very friendly and the cleanliness of the room was perfect. Very comfy bed, hot water and so nice to have a swimming pool to enter from your terrace. The restaurant was 10/10. Nothing

Nice property in quiet area of Gili T. Rooms are large and clean and have cool design where back patio opens onto common lap pool such that it’s like a mini-Venice. Wifi fast and stable. Staff is great and breakfast quite good. Like others have said, pillows are too thick. But if that’s your only complaint about a hotel, they’re doing things well.

Light comes into the room at night and cannot be prevented. It would be nice to have a flat sheet on the bed although this seems to be very uncommon in Bali

Restaurant is great, quiet location away from the madness of Gili T’s nightlife, but still within a 5 min bicycle to center of Gili T. The owner is super nice, the staff is friendly and always helpful. I’ve stayed 2x and will 100% book again when I come back

Staff always smiling and acknowledging you. Big room and big bathroom with toiletries. Comfortable bed and linens. Good water pressure with hot water. At quiet end with just a short walk to beach and pier. Restaurant food, I think was the best we found on the island. Fresh big roasted chicken every day. loved walking right out onto our patio into the longest pool ever. Perfect temperature. Room serviced every day. Stayed one week, Wifi was good in the room. The staff were excellent. Always smiling and happy to help in anyway they could for our whole stay. They arranged bikes for us on the days we wanted them. The bikes were in great condition comparatively to others we saw. I left my Serengeti sunglasses on my bike and they returned them to me. ?. We had breakfast included. A number of different options. All that we had were enjoyable. The location was perfect for us. A short walk in from the main drag but due to that very quiet. My daughter enjoyed the cats that were around the property. There are cats everywhere on the island. The room was cleaned every day. The room and bathroom were both large. The bathroom had great water pressure and the vanity lots of room for our stuff. Lots of plugs available. Many more than other places we’ve stayed. The bed was comfortable. 2 bottles of filtered water were provided and refilled whenever desired. The mini fridge had a number of different beer including some craft beer (pale ale and IPA) which was nice as I haven’t yet seen that anywhere else and all priced the same or better than local stores. Next door there is a sports bar (that closes at 10 and never heard any noise from it) that had pool tables, excellent mini golf, darts and basketball. The rooms could use more lighting. Although there is privacy from either side of you on the patio you are looking right into the rooms across from you. Would have been. Ice to have something like a roll blind you could let down if you desired more privacy.

Stuff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Location is a bit more far from the center, however it’s better cause it’s calm. A place for relaxation.

Close enough to the turtle beach, but away from the main promenade. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good and reasonably priced restaurant within the hotel. Clean, well air-conditioned rooms with fridge, nice pool and semi-private space by the pool. Difficult to think what we didn't like there. To me it was perfect.

Such a wonderful stay. The location is great- in the middle of the island, close to all the action on the East side but still quiet and easy to get everywhere on the island. The staff is so lovely! They helped us rent bikes and book transportation. Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are comfortable with a huge bathroom, and the pool is great! Highly recommend!

The staff were amazing and helpful. The beds are also very easy to sleep on. The place is quiet and only a short bike ride from the main street.

Great value for money. Close to main street on the harbour side. Very close to turtle beach. Service great, everyone friendly and always smiled. Very calm and great for relaxing. Great pool easiliy accessed from the each room.

It was a bit of a walk from the ferry harbor to the property but I can tell you that the walk is worth it. The property is tucked away in a side street, hence away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. We enjoy the breakfast every morning with different options of dishes and drinks (plunger coffee...mmmm). Housekeeping did a great job in keeping the room clean and tidy. We would definitely choose this property again for a longer stay in the future. We stayed in Monkey Forest room and the tiles and sliding door need to be repaired. A loose tile near the front door with sharp corner protruding can cause serious injury and need to be fixed asap.
