The beds could be better

Excellent location with quick access to Turtle Beach and the main entertainment area, without all of the noise and disruptions. The room was perfectly good, clean and comfortable, and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was excellent. The staff were great - friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and a very nice, well maintained pool.

Some tenants stayed here at the same dates were having fun all night long, which is unable to rest. Yet, this is not related to hotel, just some tenants’ personal behavior, which is selfish

The facilities were ok, the room was comfortable. We found the toilet dirty.

Loved the terrace with the big bench. Comfortable beds. Great location. No noise at all whatsoever, not even the mosque. Nice pool. There could be a kettle in the bedroom.

Great staff and service. Pool is nice and there is enough sunbeds. It's near to the beach, where is good to do snorkling. Peaceful place during the night, you do'nt hear party noices here. The best minibar on Gili island's so far with good prices! Shower is not so good. There is no storage for your clothes.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The mini fridge was reasonable and restocked everyday so no need to go out and buy water from the shops. It was cleaned each day and the free breakfast was a bonus! Great location, near all the action, but still quiet if you wanted an early night. Nothing

Location-peaceful.daybed. Bike hire. 10am check out. No net curtains and lighting is bad so you need them open to see and people can see inside your room.

Air con was effective Staff were pleasant To say the food was basic would be an over statement The room was dated and dark The bathroom was almost unusable- we had rust coloured water out of our bathroom tap!

Everything was so clean, and the property was really good. The air conditioning was amazing, and hot water in the shower. The staff was so nice and friendly, helping us with everything. The manager was also amazing. Good breakfast. I like everything

Breakfast was great, location is quiet yet still close to the main areas. No prayers were heard from the mosque in the middle of the night from this hotel - nor songs from nearby discos..BIG PLUS when compared to other hotels in the area. Nothing :)
