Nothing Every two villa have one water heater so it was always cold water Shower drain was always blocked Breakfast was limited to i dish of minimal amount of food that’s not enough for a 5 years old child Air conditioning was poor The Villa needs serious renovation and repairs Please the cockroach ? problem The bathroom used towels was not replaced daily they just refold it and put it again The housekeeping leave the garage waist on the tv table

Beach front property - lots of sun beds with leather cushions. perfect spot for swimming and snorkeling to see turtles. Room is very very large - with great aircon and wifi. Pool is excellent - deep and big. Resort location is perfect for quieter vacation - away from beach clubs and loud backpackers. Extremely kind staff. Breakfast with western options (omelets, muesli, avocado toasts) as well as nasi/mei goreng. Nice sunrise view and walking distance to sunset beach (or bike/electric moped). Property is clean and well maintained. Just to reiterate - the room is very clean and spacious and well maintained with high ceiling. However, it's on a tropical island so expect bugs and crawlies - do keep your front doors closed and your bags closed/zipped and preferably above floor unless you want to bring additional passengers home with you. :) Saw a few roaches crawling about in the room - my big phobia. There are lizards and a few frogs - no big deal since they eat bugs and mosquitoes.

Really nice room and surroundings. Beautiful large pool with nice loungers. Breakfast was very good and the staff were awesome. Nothing to dislike here

The room including the bathroom was beautiful. The gardens were meticulously kept and all the gardeners were so nice and friendly as were the fellows who cleaned our room. The pool was large and enjoyable. Villi Unggul was a perfect place to stay. And the banana pancakes to die for!! Can’t think of anything. Great location with lots of beach chairs.

Niptah is extra helpful and so knowledgeable about where to go and how to get there around the island. Delicious food Thankyou see you next year Loved everything

Loved the location and the beach!

The place was nice. Room needs a little improvement. Ceiling in the bathroom was damaged probably by water infiltration. The bathroom was super warm and humid. The included breakfast was very basic. I would have expected a vegan choice / smoothie bowl and fresh juice instead of concentrated juice. Beach section was perfect. Excellent for snorkeling.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, right in front of the beach! They provided comfortable beach beds, towels and drink service, making it easy to relax by the water. The pool was lovely, and both the breakfast and overall service were excellent. The room was very clean. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi in our room didn’t work well, but the Wi-Fi outside the room was great. Everything else about our stay was wonderful.
