La Bella - Hotel Villa & Spa

Location. Location. Location. This place has it. Right up on the beach. Morning coffee from the balcony and the party scene, is your into it, right down the street. It sits on the center of the action. The staff is friendly and so helpful. The spa was... wow... much needed after these packed travel days. Seriously. This is a fabulous little find. Being delivered by a house drawn carriage was magical. What's not to like?

I stayed in the balcony view of ocean room and LOVED IT! The most stunning room and gorgeous bathroom and fabulous balcony overlooking the water. The staff after just WONDERFUL and the little restaurant below is Devine!with the most gorgeous food! and such happy staff every day who remember your name and spoil you! You can order food there and they drop it up to your room! Location is awesome…. Just away enough from the big party zone and when I was sick one night I just had to WhatsApp staff and they delivered fresh towels and toilet paper to room ? Look I say this but it didn’t really bother me but good to mention for others! It can be a bit noisy with the horses jingle bells going past early in the morning and you can hear others going in And out of their rooms, sometimes banging doors, but may have just just been my luck with noisy guests those 4 nights but it really didn’t bother me that much as I’m an early riser.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was big and comfortable. Loved the semi private pool. Free breakfast next door at Carpe Diem was so good! Location is perfect for scuba diving, massages, restaurants and bars. Free use if lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Highly recommend! Nothing... everything was great

staff were warm,friendly and welcoming ? the only thing to keep in mind is that, during high season, the island will be very busy and chaotic. the sheer numbers of sunchairs packed tightly along the beach in a 200m stretch may be too much for some. however, if you come during the rainy season or low season, like i did during the month of January...amazing. you have the island to yourself, with the amenities to meet your every need...without the crowds.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Prompt room cleaning when requested. Great location a short walk from restaurants, beach and bars and close to port. Adjoining beach club and restaurant where we had delicious breakfast included each day - definitely worth it! Big pool, comfy bed, outdoor living area sheltered from the rain. Free drinking water also provided. Laundry service and adjoining spa - if you wanted to you could have your entire Gili holiday without leaving La Bella. Would highly recommend. Fridge was located outside so when it was raining it was more difficult to access, but really nothing significant!

The rooms were complete, comfortable, and had a lovely, charming touch. The location is excellent—right by the beach and still close to the city centre. The hotel also has its own restaurant with amazing food, a spa, and daybeds by the beach, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely visit again.

The service was amazing. It was our wedding anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. Breakfast was very good and generous. The staff were exceptional!! The room was so quiet and comfortable with the excellent location right there on a beautiful beach. I even saw a couple of turtles. The room with the pool was so spacious and was the highlight of our stay. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable!! We would love to come back and stay with you again!! Nothing

Lovely little pool villa. So much chlorine in the pool my clothes got bleached. Would be nice to have some beverage in the fridge.

Convenient, has all the facilities a traveler will need, spa and a nice beach, and delicious breakfast

The hotel is located right in front of the beach, in a great spot near Turtle Point — we even had the chance to see turtles while swimming, which was a highlight of our stay. The on-site restaurant and café were excellent, and the breakfast served each morning was delicious and varied. The staff were very kind, respectful, and polite throughout our stay. They also allowed us to use fresh beach towels as many times as we needed, which was a thoughtful and convenient service. It’s a beautiful setting to relax by the sea. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room left much to be desired. One night, we woke up to find four dead cockroaches inside the room, which was quite unpleasant. The bed sheets were also dirty when we arrived. The pathway to the rooms wasn’t paved; it was more like a rough passage filled with exposed pipes and dirt, which gave a poor first impression. Additionally, the door to our room didn’t close properly, which may explain how the insects were getting in.
