great location, very helpful staff and service at the diving center. good air conditioning the building next door is where the workers live. using the open bathroom was embarrassing. no kettle or cups in the room no fridge dirty floor and poor room lighting

Bungalows are basic but nice & comfy in this lovely, quaint beachfront resort. You can go diving or learn how to dive or simply hire a snorkel and go- pro and swim with the turtles right outside the hotel. Sunbeds are always available. Sunrise is amazing! The staff are always welcoming and super friendly & trustworthy which is why we keep coming back. Thanks again for a great stay. Nothing to dislike.

Location is beach front, not to far from where all the boats come in so super easy to find. bed sheets were really stained and I feel its very overpriced for what you get

Clean, simple bungalows, staff is very friendly No hot water in the shower. Bathroom is without the roof, it is uncomfortable to use it during the rain. Breakfast is poor.

The location and the whole atmosphere is awesome. Breakfast was not bad The water temperature in the shower was not possible to adjust. So it was a contrasting shower without the warm part. The WiFi also was rather weak

Several things stand out as why this was such a great week. First, the entire staff was friendly, courteous and very willing help any way possible. I was finding Gili T confusing and they were there to answer all my silly questions. I took advantage of the dive school to earn my Basic Diver certification. Diving was a little scary and my instructors both provided exactly the encouragement I needed to make it through each step of the process. Sebastian was my instructor day one. I really appreciated how he paid attention to both verbal and non-verbal indications that I needed reassurance. With his help, I quickly overcame the fear and was able to enjoy the training and the first dive. On the second day, Victor was exactly the right person for my training. The two instructors took the time to communicate my progress and what I needed to work on so that Day 2 progressed seamlessly. The entire experience was exhilarating and felt very safe because of the kindness and expertise of these instructors. Snorkeling was just a 2-minute walk from my room. I saw turtles every day along the shore between Mango and Turtle Point. Lastly, I was super happy that my standard room was quiet, nice air-conditioned and very comfortable. The unheated shower was not a problem as the weather provided all the heat I wanted.

Very nice location with a vibe of divers community. We were able to see some turtles & lots of fishes at the beach in front of the accommodation. My husband also took a discovery session of scuba diving with Sebastian and he enjoyed it a lot. N/a

The welcome is really good and the staff are very attentive. The rooms are very clean and cleaned every day. The nights are quiet, so it's perfect for relaxing. I will come back again.

Generally well located on the East side but a 15-20 minute walk to the bars and clubs. All good in the evening but quite the long walk late at night. Pool too small and mostly for divers. Not for non-divers. Breakfast very utilitarian.

Amazing stay during our honeymoon trip to Indonesia. Planned to stay for 2 nights but ended up staying for 4 and getting a diving certification:) The bungalow is very cute, tidy and convenient: ac, outside shower, sunbeds on the seafront, cleaning and new water every day. The people are suuuper friendly, instructor Victor is the best!! You can get all recommendations from the staff (restaurants, bike rental etc). And also the cutest cats onsite)

We liked all the aspects of our stay with Mango Dive & Bungalow. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are big enough, clean and comfortable. The location is very nice. Right opposite the stay you can go for snorkeling, where you can spot turtle, beautiful fish and other corals. Highly recommend if you are visiting Gili Trawangan. Nothing

The location was superb, right across from a great swimming spot and a short walk from the port. Having the bar so close to a cozy set of hotel owned beach chairs, we spent a lot of our time grabbing cheap beers from the bar and dipping in and out of the water. Super friendly staff, always very polite and helpful. Thanks to a great recommendation from the staff, we went on an unforgettable scuba diving experience across all of Gili islands. Made our holiday. The rooms are not very secure. Ours was secured with a chain and padlock thru rings on the door. The rings easily came off the hinges on the door, I was able to accidently push the door open, even with the chain and padlock secured. Our bathroom doors didn't close properly, so at night insects would come in from the open air bathroom. The curtain and fan helped. But the fan was loud, and we had trouble sleeping with it on. The beds weren't super comfortable, fairly hard and with only a sheet to sleep with.
