Good : Location is great, close to the restaurants and port. Hotel has private beach Staff very friendly Meanwhile we did not like: Some small holes in the celing Moldy smell in bathroom Spiders web on celings and found some small spiders on the pillow Bugs, mosquitoes in the room and outside.

Comfortable room good aircon. Good breakfast. When asked staff catered to our requests and fixed what we asked. Located very close to mosk.. Pool needs a make over...interesting colour.

When we first arrived at the harbour and trekked past loud bars and lots of people we thought ‘what have we done?!’. It really wasn’t what we were expecting of Gili T! That said, once we arrived at Laguna, we relaxed as it is slightly out of the hustle & bustle yet in a great location to get to it all if that’s what you’re after. The staff were simply lovely, from front of house to housekeeping they could t do enough for us during our stay. If you’re visiting Gili T and wand somewhere spacious and comfortable to stay on a beachfront location, I highly recommend Laguna. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in future, we loved it!

A small boutique hotel on the beach. Room was big and very comfortable. Food at the hotel was exceptional and well priced. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great location and good size room and bathroom. The hot water in the shower wasn’t working and there was no hairdryer available.

Small complex with a lovely pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cocktails exceptional! Only a sheet to sleep with - could use a blanket for weight.

Amazing location. About a 8 min walk from the harbour. So close to the action but away enough for quiet time. Pool was cosy and required some maintenance. Bit still pleasant for a quick dip.

Great place to stay, excellent location right on the beach and near to harbour and where all the action is. Staff member Doni was exceptionally helpful and was so friendly and helpful with making our stay as enjoyable and convenient as possible ? great pool away from main street and great area of beach out front where we saw many turtles, we absolutely loved our stay here ?

There were calls to pray from the mosque near by 5 times a day, starting from 4:30 in the morning (but it's not the hotel fault of course). Plus there some constuction work around. So I had problems with sleep. Advise: take ear plugs.

we had a cottage bungalow and it was beautiful! so big and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool and having breakfast on the beach. We liked everything. Maybe a more comfortable bench for outside of the cottage.
