The staff were amazing and the beach was great for swimming. Old warn out lumpy mattress. ? which didn’t reflect the price of the room. Best avoid if you are hoping for a good night’s rest. We would have stay long than 4 days but it was just too uncomfortable. ?

The only thing I liked was the moment I checked out and left this place. Extremely poor experience, The 4-star rating of this property is highly inaccurate. I booked an Ocean View room for 3 nights at $267.7 USD but checked out early after the second night due to unacceptable conditions. Room & Environment: The room requires climbing three flights of stairs and is poorly lit. The bathroom has no windows or ventilation. More importantly, the window is directly above the resort's BBQ stand, causing heavy smoke and grilling smells to fill the room day and night. Loud music from the restaurant opposite blasts until midnight, making sleep impossible. Breakfast: There is no buffet as expected for this price point; only a very limited set menu is provided. Service: The management shows a complete disregard for guests, treating customers as one-time transactional targets rather than valued clients. I requested a room change twice. Even though the hotel clearly had vacancies, the front desk dismissed the request and insisted they were full. I chose to cut my losses and leave early. This property operates like a subpar guesthouse with exorbitant prices and zero professional service. Not recommended.

The location is walking distance from the beach and the harbour. No need to take horse carriage. I loved our room with plunge pool. Clean , comfy and they have bottle of water you can refill, which is great. Breakfast was great overlooking the ocean. They should put some umbrellas with the sun beds as sun is too strong at the beach and there are no shades .

Great location, friendly staff, no mosquitoes, and good AC Hotel was as advertised. We travel somewhat budget so we manage our expectations. The price was maybe a bit high as the building was a bit older, but the staff made up for it.

Beach front, on the main road from the port. Garden terrace room was lovely. Spacious. Open bathroom was a nice touch. The toiletries smells amazing ? breakfast was substantial and yummy Guest diving in the pool and slashing pool water on other guest ☹️

The staff and the location were amazing right next to many restaurants and bars and right next to beach. Pool is great. And the fresh juice was amazing Our room next to the pool was very humid and damp, never fully dried. The bathroom smelled of mildew and there was no way to fully dry our things. The window also opened to a fence so the room was always dark. Breakfast service could also be improved - lots of staff running around and feels like it needs better organization and communication.

The barbeque was good.Breakfast small variety. Had a major issue with cold water.When complained got a very late response and manager was arrogant.Room was changed but nothing changed..water was still cold.Stayed there for 4 nights..was miserable having to have a cold water bath throughout my stay? Just the barbeque.The island was amazing.Wished i had cosen to stay in another hotel though

The breakfast was excellent. Seatings right at the beautiful Gili T beaches! The hot water in our shower sometimes didn't work, but it is a minor issue.
