The staff helps you with renting bikes and with tours. Nice outdoors with pool and trees. Good breakfast. The bathroom was smelly because of the water. At our arrival, cold water was missing, later fixed by the staff. From the second day the smell was better but no cold water again. Recommended to brush teeth with bottled water. Mosquitos all the time in the room caused by lack of net in the bathroom.

Our favourite stay in Indonesia so far, the most incredible, friendly staff you could ask for. Comfortable bed, beautiful traditional room. The Banana pancakes and the omelette breakfast are absolutely delicious. Norman, Jimmy and the rest of the staff can organise snorkelling, transfers, bike rental and laundry for a really good price. The sunset snorkel is a must to see the gili turtles and lots of beautiful fish! We were very sad to leave and would love to return! Nothing! The only thing we would mention is that the water in our room was not hot, however as the island is so warm this was not an issue for us at all and was actually very nice. Would also be handy to have a seperate hand towel provided too ?

The staff were ready to help in any needs. No hot water. The cleaning had some major problems (shower was full of moldy wet hair, water was coming back when shower was opened, disgusting dirt beside bed and next to walls

Everything’s was great There was a general area problem with electricity and a problem with the warm water that it was fixed

The accommodation was clean and spacious and all facilities worked well. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. We really Enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Nothing

Beautiful cottage, nice and clean. Big bed, lots of space for luggage. Swimming pool was cool ? Breakfast pancakes and omelets perfect for us. Bike rent available. Staff was so friendly. Can’t think of anything.

We loved our stay here. My desire was for quiet, away from the mosque, and roosters, and yes, it was lovely and quiet. No problem to walk everywhere. A good hot water shower, too and large comfy bed. The staff are incredibly helpful. Thanks, Norman, Jimmy, and Sam! I think the term 'resort' is not quite the right terminology here. Bungalows would be better. All up, what you would expect for the price and good value for money.

Banana leaf was in the perfect location. It was a 10 minute walk inland which made it very quiet and peaceful during the night. The air conditioning, pool, and breakfast were fantastic. Norm, who works at the front desk, knows pretty much everyone and everything on the island and even rescued us when we missed our boat back from Gili air. Staying here every time we go back to Gili T.

Location was good. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice. Shower was very bad, barely any water came out at all. For 6 days this wasn’t good as we didn’t feel clean the whole time. There was a lot of bugs/lizards in the bedroom/bathroom which made us very on edge.

Lovely place, nice pool and lovely rooms/huts. Not great location because no cars on the island so you'll have to carry your backpack or suitcase a bit far but overall it's nice. About 15 minute walk from main town. Location wasn't great but can't be helped.

Norman and the team made us feel very welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. Spacious and comfortable room, lovely peaceful part of the island but easy walking/cycling to everything. Refreshing pool to cool off in at the end of a hot day! Helped organise snorkeling trip and boat back to Bali for us, stress free. Not a problem but there was no soap in the bathroom.

Very welcoming and attentive staff, always focused on details and keepi g everything clean and tidy. A bit far from main areas of the island (around 15 min walk), but very quiet and green.
