View from the terrace is simply mind blowing! Fantastic view, extremely attentive and responsive staff and delicious food. It was my second time at this hotel in the past 2 years and I sincerely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Cairo and the pyramids.

2. Good rooftop (though, view is not ideal because of one slum building). 1. Bad room doors. It leads to constant noise from outside and lack of privacy, hearing people close nearby the doors (like receptionist). 2. They promised one room but ended up giving the other one (less preferable option). 3. Food: breakfasts and food options/quality overall (limited options, cheap food which was overpriced, mostly unhealthy). Better to buy/eat sth outside. 4. Communication. Host/receptionist was not responsive when we needed it during finding the exact location.

The area can look a bit sketchy to walk around at first sight but i didnt feel any danger walking alone . Only very local restaurant option around the hotel . Overpriced US $ food menu ( i mean its even more expensive than in the USA)

Breakfast was excellent , great coffee . Service was very good , excellent staff and management. Great pyramid views from room and rooftop. Great location . Our late arrival was accommodated and staff was so friendly and patient with us. Everything was great.

This hotel has a spectacular view of the Pyramids and Sphinx. Very clean and safe. Comfy bed and the room was very spacious. Staff are really nice and helped me with tours and I had a great tour guide Mr. Nasser, full of wonderful knowledge. I highly recommend this hotel.

Waking up and having our breakfast with the perfect view of the Pyramids was very amazing. Room is clean, cozy and well maintained. Easy to locate. 10mins away from Pyramids of Giza and Grand Egyptian Museum. Most importantly is the staff! Mohamed, Osama and Mustafa and all the others were very friendly and accommodating. We feel safe during our stay. They found out that we are newly married couple so they surprised us and decorated our room and made our stay so ROOMantic. We really enjoyed staying here! Highly recommended! Egypt is always busy, you can hear all vehicles are honking all day. Which is not a big issue for us, especially when you’re inside the room and since we stayed on the top floor. FYI. Drivers in Egypt drive soooooo craaaaazy. Always buckle up! Wifi connection was kinda bad so I suggest you to use Esim or data.

Beautiful view! Wonderful staff and great room. The street out front was very dangerous and dirty. Trash was all over the street.

The property was not my favorite- but the service was the star of the show! Mustafa was an angel! Literally went above and beyond for us WiFi was horrible and no ac on when we arrived in the room.

Great location to the Pyramids and the view of them from the rooftop amazing! The staff was warm and welcoming and was always at the ready if anything was needed! Not a thing

Very nice view. Friendly and helpful staff they are amazing. Don’t be scared about the neighborhood all the city is like that and it is a safe place.

The view was amazing, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and everything was clean, and there is a mini supermarket close by.
