Rooftop had a distant view of the pyramids. Ask for 2 rooms next to each other with view of the pyramid. We were granted the request until we got there. They gave us one room downstairs, 1 room upstairs and no View. Wanted to cancel my reservation told me, they could not give me any money back. Because I should have canceled 24 hours ahead of time, told them I would pay for the first 7 nights, but then would be going somewhere else. Told me they would still have to charge me 165 for cancellation fee. I went. ahead and paid it.I felt it was the only way I was going to get the rest of my money back. My family felt very unsafe.Definitely, not a family oriented place. We felt so unsafe. We paid for 7 night but left after the six night advertised as indoor pool was outside and freezing cold.It was free breakfast, But try to charge us. You have to go off the main road down an alley to get to the place, not a good area.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Great views of pyramids from rooftop restaurant. The actual hotel was very clean, the room was spotless and had lovely lighting, big windows looking at the pyramids and the new Egyptian museum. Really nice bathroom. Nice pool, kids very happy with the breakfast. We really liked the little lift to get up to the hotel floors. In a much more 'local' area, walking around the streets was interesting There's a little convenience store across the road which was handy. We didn't realise the hotel started on the 6th floor and when we first entered we started going up the stairs and the floors below the hotel were all dark and scared our kids (easily spooked!). But once we knew we just took the lift up and down and it was great.

Super clean and the room was vast. I didn't expect much for the price I was paying tbh but it turned out like a 4 star stay. I was a bit lost at first until i found the enterance but overall not super hard to find. Uber and carlifts also were kinda hard to find in this area

Very friendly, polite, nice and honest people. As my flight was later than check out time it was allowed to stay longer without additional cost. You can make your stay as they are your family. Starting from hotel manager until staff. If I ever go back I will definitely stay there again. Nothing.

The location - just opposite the Grand Egyptian Museum. And the view from our balcony and the rooftop where we had our breakfasts with a nice view. When we arrived to the property it was easy to find the entrance but there were no any signs to take the lift to the top floor. It was a little difficult to find the place.

Nothing. Even the view was not good. Everything: the employees, the breakfast was really nothing.

I stayed here twice because I really like these structure. Instead of copy/paste my previous experience I just want to confirm what it's already said. Great guys in reception, lovely cleaners, quite area, cheap. Nothing particularly!

The guys in reception are amazing. They always helped us and they were always available for any help. The room was quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely balcony with the pyramid view. Wifi was good enough. Bathroom was very spacious, including the shower. Breakfast at the terrace was filling and delicious. There, you can take some photos of the pyramids. Tips... 1. if you arrive and nobody is on the reception desk (ground floor), be brave and just walk straight down to get the lift. The reception is on 6th floor (left the lift door). The lift will work even if the inner doors are open (wired). 2. By default the boiler for the hot water is off, make sure to turn it on (switch on the wall) before having a shower. Anyway, it's a low budget accommodation, so I was very happy to stay there. Despite the fact that it's actually in a good location between the Gyza airport and the pyramids, the surrounding area is not great. Just a couple of shops and a motorway, so you need Uber to reach the main attractions. Even for the GEM museum, which is very next to it. The swimming pool was empty, but it wasn't an issue for me.
