The location was perfect. Restaurants and shops just around the corner from the hotel. Our room had a balcony with a view of one of the pyramids and the roof terrace view was spectacular. Breakfast and/or dinner was a delight. Our only night included a free light show on the pyramids. Sank back and enjoyed. Everything was better than we anticipated, so we were delighted with it all.

Clean renovated rooms, staff are very nice and supportive. The view from the room & the rooftop restaurant was amazing. We had kids , the place is family friendly & close to supermarkets , restaurants and the pyramids plateau entrance The facilities need major upgrades (the sauna, the jacuzzi were not working & and the pool need renovation as well; wish it was bigger)

Amazing location with view on the pyramids Spacious rooms Mattress quality Breakfast food variety limited Limited understanding of English Electrical wires visible in holes on the wall

The bedrooms are fine, the Wifi and the attention. Improve the gym area, the sauna box, the entrance, Maybe the recepcionist area can improve I mean in design, order; because is the first place we look when we arrive.

Amazing comfortable stay with a dedicated staff! Would 100% stay here for comfortability and convenience of the sites!

The Hotel is good by Egyptian standards . The rooftop is the best part . The view from the roof top is astounding. The restaurant is ok and family run and breakfast is good. The staff is helpful and service is good. The price is also great and adequate for the Hotel itself. Tv was mostly Middle eastern Arab language . Missing tv set remote for 2 of the 3 days stay . Toilet facilities are outdated , no toilet roll holder, no toilet brush. The driver that was supposed to meet us at the Airport was mora than 2 and half hours late as a consequence we were harassed for all this time by taxi drivers that were trying to poach the ride on a constant basis . The ride to the airport is 40 min . and once arrived we still had to pay 25US$ for the ride.

Location was incredible and the staff was so kind. The staff was happy to let us check in early, and when it was time for us to leave they let us use a different room for the evening before our flight to shower, etc. free of charge. Awesome place! The pool is quite small, and it was tricky to find when we first arrived. It would’ve been helpful to have been sent direct instructions so we were not walking around trying to find the hotel & getting harassed by the random people on the side of the road.

I loved staff. They did everything they could to accommodate us. They were extremely friendly, outgoing, and helpful. The view of the Pyramids on the rooftop was just amazing. It was incredible to just sit up top and take in that incredible view. The only issue was with the main bathtub. Since, there was no door, curtains, or anything to cover, whenever we'd take a shower a lot of water would splash out and onto the floor, making it a bit messy. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Place was not clean , The hotel had no banner with it’s name , the place is so hard to find and you need to enter through a very narrow passage that damaged my car , the hotel is under renovations, and the pool is not working.

The most amazing part of this hotel is the absolutely incredible view from the room. I can't express how express how amazing it is to have breakfast with such an incredible view of the Sphynx and all three pyramids. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the rooms were recently renovated, and we would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The front desk was also very accommodating when we had a change in our itinerary. Additional renovations could be made to the interior of the hotel. The saunas were not functioning during our stay.

Location, location, location! We arrived at nearly midnight and they gave us a lovely welcome drink on the roof, overlooking the pyramids and Sphinx. What a way to start our trip! The staff are lovely and we particularly enjoyed the omelettes at breakfast and dinner on the roof at sunset. The family room we booked wasn't available on the night we arrived, so we had to move the following day. Take ear plugs as the noise from the corridor and / or the terrace above is pretty loud. It wasn't helped by our trip being just before New Year and the prep-work at all the surrounding hotels went on until circa 2am. Wifi is patchy.

Great views of pyramids and sphinx, in the heart of area without being on main road. Staff were incredibly helpful at reception, and saved us lots of money on transport WiFi never worked, but staff provided an alternative which worked while sat in reception. Hot water was at a premium, so shower quick.

The property was not very clean and looked tired/old.

The hostess was tremendous. So friendly and helpful . Plus it was close to the ferry for our excursions.

Pool was surprisingly cold!

Great service and hospitality by all staff members! Especially the general manager - Mustafa! Amazing person. He kindly drove us to Anyma performance. Shisha is good. Breakfast is served until 11:20am. Which is good. Limited parking, though I parked no problem for two nights. I didn't move the car.

Staff cordiality and location Utensils need to improve more.

The included breakfast was minimal but nice and they have a real espresso machine! The view of the pyramids was lovely. They have a small pool, cold bath, and sauna. There is a robe and slippers in the room which makes it feel luxury. You get a cute souvenir gift when you check out too, which was a nice touch! The bed was a little hard. They don't serve alcohol.

1. Rooftop 2. Restaurant staffs 3. Receptionist/ Manager: Mr. Islam & the lady 4. Reliable security system including room, can leave room without any worries. 1. Constant persuasion by tour guide at the rooftop, he should be respectful to the guest by ensuring their personal privacy.
