Staff was incredibly kind. They were very accommodating. Our flight got in at 1am and they were extremely flexible and helped check us in late at night. We were so tired that we missed breakfast but the staff is so nice they offered to make us breakfast when we would wake up. 100% recommend this place!! Great place to stay and enjoy wonderful Giza.

Location is very practical, very close to the GEM and Pyramids. However it gets very busy, and might not be very tourist friendly due to the amount of people approaching you to sell anything from trips to souvenirs. However everything is safe and manageable.
-
Excellent staff, breakfast and view of the pyramids. Location is very close to Pyramids entrance, a couple of minutes walking distance. A bit of a noisy street, but all of Giza is like that. You get used to it.

The service was great. The place was clean.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again if ever back in Giza! It was difficult to find but they did send someone to pick us up and arrange for our tour.
-
The breakfast was excellent and exactly what I needed each morning - would go back simply for breakfast. There was some trouble with costs for excursions - the agreed upon prices mysteriously increased and increased again
-
Breakfast was very nice. Freshly made for us

The staff especially the receptionist (the young man) and the owner of the hotel were super friendly and helpful with everything always asked if we needed anything, offered advice on what to see, do & how to go about with the unfortunate haggle culture that's very ripe in Cairo. The location of the hotel is very good as it is very close to the Pyramids of Giza, (2 minutes walking distance) however, for solo female or a group of female travelers it can be daunting as the neighborhood looks run down and in an alley but it's perfectly safe because there's a big police precinct right next to the hotel. The rooms were perfect except, for the bathroom which had a drainage issue in the shower, it would flood quickly and suddenly. I asked a friend who was staying with us in a separate room if his shower had the same issue and he confirmed it as well. We placed the hotel towels down to absorb the water which had flooded the bathroom and requested new ones which were replaced swiftly and efficiently. Felt like the price for a hired car and driver to see certain sites, museums and locations was a little on the expensive side, (50 Euros) but we went through with it in order to avert being cheated and haggled with by the local taxis. The driver also did not really give us time to go and see what we wanted to at a relaxed pace, told us 30 mins to 1 hour at a certain location to rush us to the next. We had also asked to go to a supermarket to get stocked up on necessities like water ,juice, snacks , sunblock etc but were taken to a minimarket instead (probably one of his friends since he got out of the car and talked to the person behind the counter like friends do) The second hired car was during our last day in which we wanted to see a few things since we had a late evening flight, This time the price was lowered to 45 Euros for us. Felt like this was a steep price for half a day hired car. It was defiantly cheaper to rent a car that day for the price of 25 euros. We went through with it anyways to support the local economy and hotel.

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and truly welcoming. Noor and Hossam were especially outstanding — they made us feel like family, not just guests. Their warm hospitality and genuine care added so much to our stay. Noting
