Location, Location, Location… and the view from our balcony was spectacular. The only issue we had is the ongoing construction project right across from the hotel, and because of the heat during the day work is done at night, but that is not the hotel’s fault.

It was a little noisy in the streets at night.

Beautifully renovated rooms with a surreal view. The beds were cozy and clean. The rooftop view is unmatched. Construction was noisy at times, but that is temporary.

Cleanliness and spacious room, free water bottles, balcony and could see Pyramids. The location is terrible with all the workers and construction going on right outside in front of the balcony. All the people trying to sell their taxis and rides, etc. I really didn't like the dishonesty of the desk person who told me I would get my refund after cancelling on booking.com since we wanted to leave early. Honestly, I could not leave this place soon enough. I should have been refunded a night stay and later after we were gone, they declined my request. It felt like a total scam. We paid for 3 nights and only stayed 1& half days. We checked out at 11:30 pm to catch flight at 0400. So rightfully I should have been refunded one night stay. Also the man at the desk, I don't think they respect women as he kept trying to talk to my husband although I usually handle things. It just rubbed me wrong. I felt completely ripped off. Not a good experience for a first time visit to Egypt.

You can't get any closer to the Giza Plateau than staying at this hotel. We had the best view in the entire place, with the exception of the rooftop restaurant, which was very good, btw. There was plenty of space in our room to spread out, and the expansive covered deck was an amazing place to hang out and stare out at the view of the pyramids and the Sphinx. Nothing, everything was great.

Property is perfectly located across from the Pyramids with beautiful views from the restaurant upstairs. N/A

Insane views from the pyramids right from our room. The room is comfortable, the staff is friendly and it’s so convenient that they have an amazing restaurant right on the rooftop. 100% recommended

Since the start, communication was amazing. They confirmed our pick up from the airport to the hotel and Amir showed up on time 10/10. When we arrived, Aladdin welcomed us and told us everything we needed to know. We were able to have a early check in. During our stay, we needed more bottles of water, we went to the reception desk and in under minutes the water was there!! What a great service I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The rooftop also is very good, amazing views food and service too.

Great stay and awesome customer service. Nothing

Breakfast was great and we loved the view. Hotel is in a good location, and feels safe and a little less chaotic than the rest of Giza. Reception was very helpful and friendly. They will organize anything for you and make it so easy. The “window” room had no outside view and the lighting was not warm inside so it felt a little odd. The bed was very hard. The shower leaked and didn’t look clean, so showers were not enjoyable. Rooftop 7000 (the restaurant unrelated to the hotel but on the rooftop of the hotel) is convenient bc it’s right there but has poor service, is super busy, and not great food just FYI! The view is lovely at night though. They do try to prioritize hotel guests but make a reservation if you want to go. Also no alcohol but I think that’s pretty standard for the area.

The location right in front of Giza pyramids. I couldn't have chosen a better hotel in Giza. The staff were super polite and friendly. Daily cleaning service. And the roof is breathtaking.

The outstanding pyramid view from top roof restaurant for breakfast and dinner! Also wonderful friendly caring staff! The pyramid view room on the 2nd floor was noisy from outside street, but above that, the bathroom had leaking issues from the shower, the toilet and the sink. We used 6 bath towels at least to put on the floor, but by morning time, all soaked wet. The manager suggested to change to a standard room, since no other pyramid view room was available…However, he refused to pay the differences. So, we stayed 2 night in pyramid view room with soaking wet bathroom anyway, but for the next stay, we’ll just book a standard room for much cheaper price and had no leaking issues on the first night.

The rooftop has definitely the best view of the pyramids, what a beautiful breakfast and sunset. The staff was extremely friendly and the bedrooms were spacious and clean. Some loud guests arriving in the middle of the night and the staff speaking loudly in the corridors

A bit of construction out front that got noisy at times but the staff and view made it worth it!

Good place to visit Pryramid

Great location! Room could be more up to date

The rooftop restaurant view cannot be beat! You have the panorama of the Sphinx and pyramids before your eyes! There is a nice breakfast buffet with a great coffee machine! The info says the room had a window, but it was actually a dark ventilation shaft.
-
Incredible location right near entrance to the Sphinx and Pyramids. Balcony view awesome. Rooftop restaurant epic. Small shower, no door on 2nd visit=water everywhere.

the view we had every morning is something we will never forget. the staff was so friendly and attentive with us. There seems to be some rooms under constructions or remodeling, the noise is constant and 24/7
